Im gonna post my collection of industrial on the computer here. I listedn to others on the radio, but these are the ones I like the most.
Note: This list also includes some non-industrial/ebm bands, that you would consider techno of the normal type. Possibly even some Gabber or electronic hardcore. Maybe even synthpop.

Here are a few for you, hope they haven't been listed as of yet.
-Cenobita -- rather good electro-industrial/harsh EBM out of mexico, think Hocicio, but somewhat better vocals and a little more melodic without losing the stomping beat
-Luxt -- Been around for a while, has a good balance between male and female vocals, although female is primary
-Penal Colony -- They do an industrial sound with punk influences, similar to when industrial seperated from punk, but more of a beat
-Endemonia -- Label themselves as 'ethnic-industrial', sound wavers between a male fronted EBM and female fronted sound that is kind of a fusion between melodic industrial, ethereal, and darkwave with variouse ethnic influences, mainly middle eastern.
-Carbon 12 -- very good electro-industrial project that is able to do distorted vocals that actually sound good
-Run Level Zero -- a somewhat expirimental industrial, can sometimes be an aquired taste, but worth it in the end with a tendency for complex layers and beats.
-The Retrosic -- While primarly focusing on an industrial sound, they often throw in ethereal/neo-medeival sounds as well. Think mid Front Line Assembly, but with a generally harsher sound
-X-Fusion -- Hard pounding electro-industrial, have a tendency to throw organ sounds somewhere in many of their albums, especially earlier ones.
-The Strand -- Focus more on pure industrial sound, but occasionally you may hear a hint of darkwave melodics thrown in for variety.
I hope this little list and subsequent descpriptions may have been usefull for you.

That's because Shiny Toy Guns is pretty new :x And, for some reason, mainstream. . . Though the song "Le Disko" reminds me of Angelspit's song "100%" from your CD.

Ah, I am not an avid listener of Skinny Puppy, but the song "Cult" has often come to me at random points in time, and it drives me crazy because for years I didn't know who did the song or even the title of the song, until one day it played for me, and I caught the name and band. I forgot it again until recently, but thinking that it may have been Skinny Puppy who did it I searched for the lyrics, and found it once more. I need to download that song to curb my craving. . .

It's highly debatable whether or not EBM can be considered Industrial, especially now that so much of it is heavily Trance and Synthpop influenced.
If you want some REAL Industrial, I suggest you try Throbbing Gristle, Cabaret Voltaire, and Einsturzende Neubauten.

I have some TG and what not, but hey, genres grow and evolve(or some like to say devolve) What we end up with now is what it is. It's not like the original industrial isn't called industrial anymore. It still is, just the first era of it. or like punk, the first wave.

I did a song once where we used a hay baler for the rhythm section. I wanted to do a whole album that way, but it seemed too gimmicky.
