Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

Me too, I've got everything they ever did, including the terrible Grave New World and Massacre Divine albums. Cal singing high is NOT GOOD!

SOD, your signature made me curious, so I decided to check them out. Discharge is pretty sick.

Well I'm glad you like them. What you're listening to is latter period Discharge, 1982-1983, it was the last record that Bones played on. He left in 83 and formed Broken Bones, who then released a few awesome EPs, Decapitated is the best they came out with in my opinion. But back to Discharge, they've been my favorite band for a while now, Dead Kennedys couldn't cut it anymore. So I went to the record store and have managed to hunt down every single thing they came out with. Check out the Decontrol, Never Again and Fight Back eps, excellent stuff. If you need to know anything else about them, ask away.

I'd just like to add to this Discharge fellatio that I love every cover of "The Possibility of Life's Destruction" ever recorded.
