Girls with brains, the quiet/shy/reserved type, large vocabulaies, and modesty do it for me. I'm a sucker when it comes to that stuff.
As for physical things: glasses, braces, pigtails, smaller/flat chests.

I like.... pale, slender. Boys a bit taller than me, girls a bit shorter. Girls with narrow waists, firm bums, and breasts a bit larger than mine- but not by much. Males with long legs, flat bellies (not round, and preferably not concave either), and long, elegant hands. Reasonably intelligent, gets the same jokes. I can't go without a bra. It's traumatising and only serves to increase the downward pull of gravity  They're bad enough as it is. I only go without a bra when I go to sleep. Otherwise it's practically glued on.
I laiiiike but am not limited to the following:
Skinny-ness, nice hands ,collarbones, hipbones ( I like to see both of these in prominence, but not in an emaciated way )
a nice jawline ( don't ask ) long hair , striking eyes...Isn't overly cocky/confident, doesn't make me feel stupid....I don't really know personality-wise. I have no experience of such, so I don't know what I am after there ...
Oh! and light touches to the very tops of my thighs by my hips, makes me go all squiggly ^^.
