The rules on pictures are against nudity and anything strictly pornographic.
Let's assume Anti-Mindvirus (or Sekhmet, which it turns out is her previous account and the name she goes by on these boards) was not wearing underwear that day, she most likely was wearing underwear, but let's say she wasn't, just for the sake of argument.
So had she indeed shown off her, to quote you, "snatch, which are a dime a dozen", she would be posting that essentially everyone would consider nudity/pornography or perhaps both. Such a picture, as per forum rules, would be liable for her post to get deleted and runs the risk of her being banned. A simple check into her post history reveals she's already been banned before with a different account. So following your advice, she runs the risk of being banned again.
Now, what she did instead is put her hand between her legs to push her skirt down so you could not see her crotch (regardless of under-garments being present or not). This pose, while indeed provocative, is not against any forum rules, since, "Thou shalt not give goths erections" is no where on the rules.

You mean Stoic? Yeah pretty much. I was really smiling in the first but the sun made me squint and pull an odd face. My oldest niece ( far left red dress ) HATED her dress, so that's why she isn't smiling. My Nephew also doesn't smile much in pics, no idea why. Those three are the Grooms children .
