Aren't the Goldberg Variations playing in the background when the ill-fated guards approach Hannibal Lecter's cell before he escapes in Silence of the Lambs, as well as once he's killed one of the guards and heads towards the other surviving one, whispering "ready when you are, Sgt. Pembrey..."?
