Tell me about it. Christian theolitics... is that a word?? Well, it's just so silly and misguided.

There's so many of them that seem to REALLY want the world to be more than just what we see and feel. They seem to really like the idea of just about anything having some sort of ulterior power in a spiritual sense.

These are the same kind of people that made my friend burn his Magic The Gathering cards, just so he could date their daughter.

Anything that glorifies "God" and the afterworld slanders humanity and the real world.

That's the dellima, isn't it?

I had a conversation with my mother about this very thing. This world slanders "God". :-/ Funny how it works that way.

Yin and Yang. All things are balanced. Oh well.

The thing is, why is it that Christian groups allways want to ban or get rid of things that have absolutely nothing to do with them? It would be like me getting into a fuss about what the guy across town wears for underwear; what the hell should I care?

At what point is someone able to go "Hey, I don't give a crap. I'm going to go have a holy wafer with cheese"? This argument is only a few steps above having a rally to protest the color scheme of McDonalds' uniforms.

I'm of the opinion that humanty does a good enough job of slandering humanity to not need any help.

I remember back when the same groups were protesting KISS concerts in the 80's, then Ozzy, and a few others groups up until today.

Today, Ozzy has had dinner at the White House 3 times and is on the national board for familys or some shite the right wing conservatives came up with and the members of KISS are doing songs for Disney films and voice overs for childrens TV shows.

Makes you think, eh?

All that we ever considered rebellious has been bought and basterdized by corporate America? Oh well.

As to the Starbucks thing: It's been my opinion for a while that all the lovely little snooping super-christians who can't seem to keep their grubby hands out of the business of everybody else need to be shipped to a Siberian work camp for a few decades and stop bugging me about my shoes.

God, she's so hot. I think I just orgasmed.

that's actually the original one. They replaced it with the familiar green one, and now they went back to their original one in celebration of over 35 years of making coffee. They altered it though, removing the nipples and covering them with her hair.

Slutbucks sounds like something that one Candy Goth in the corner has to spend everytime she wants to dance in one of the cages around her local industrial club.

Its odd how some groups try to bring negative press on things when other people rarely actually notice it (like the many rude disney stuff). Then again most religious things have to put their problems onto other people.

It seems that too many people have too much time and think that they should be allowed to run around telling people what to think.

But you get fringe loonies like that, ignore them and they go away.

Anyway, if people didn't stir up trouble like this, we wouldn't have so many quality threads discussing the issue.
Oh how I loves teh interwebs

Well, the new logo is different alright. But it's nothing to get upset over.
