Fable: The Lost Chapters
So is it just me or am I the only one who is severely addicted to the game? I can not stop playing, but the only part that pisses me off is that it is so terribly easy! I can not stand it. I want a damn challenge.

Fable isn't really the usual sort of game I like at all, but it is pretty good. You're right though, its way too easy.

Fable's all right, but not worth all the hype it's gotten.
Do yourself a favor and pick up Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. They're both much better RPGs than Fable, which is basically a cartoonish rip off; plus, there's a lot more content in the Elder Scrolls series in way of sidequests, character customization, and the sort. Not too mention if you get the PC versions, you can dress it up with a slew of user-made quests, races, worlds, and so on, so the fun never ends.

I played it, but it lagged on my computer, so I gave up. I'm sure it would work now though.
LN is right, Elder Scrolls is really awesome. It's not everybody's cup of tea though. The battle system isn't really as good as Fable, at least not if I recall correctly.
Most of what I play these days is The Sims 2.

Fable is a great game, it brings me great memories; but it was a huge disappointment nonetheless, with all that 'best game ever' hype. If I had an Xbox 360, Fable 2 would be one of the top games in my wishlist, even though I'm not a big RPG player.
So, did you decide to be evil or good guys? I was a goody-two-shoes. haha

Evil. The quests were going too quickly so I went around at night picking the locks on houses to kill the sleeping villagers so I could buy all the buildings then rent them out. I found the best way of fighting most things was with melee, but also using the shield spell so you don't take damage and get huge experience multipliers. And maybe slow time too. Then just buy loads of the potions to restore magic.
I got mine off Ebay so it didn't cost much, might look into Elder Scrolls but I usually play first/third person shooters.

Evil, but for me I found the best spell was the one that teleported you behind your opponent, it worked especialy well against twinblade.

L'Oiseau Noir is correct about the Elder Scroll's, it's like GTA for RPG's. I played Elder scrolls III for hours, doing just about everything you can do in Fable, plus tons more. However, it would have been Perfect having the Fable control features. I've haven't played much of Elder scrolls IV, since I as well don't have a 360. Don't get me wrong, I've played my addiction of Fable, beating it with both good and evil way to quick.
If only someone would take elder scrolls, fable and a tiny pinch of sw:knights of the old republic.

KOTR was an amazing RPG. Bioware is definitely one of the best companies out there in my opinion, alongside Bethesda Softworks, Capcom, Nintendo, and Konami. I loved Mass Effect; though it wasn't as good as KOTR, it certainly didn't suck either. I preferred it over Halo.
Also, you don't have to do 1st-person combat. There's a 3rd-person perspective, albeit it's a bit clunkier and harder to master.

Agreed, though when I got my guy turned into a vampire I don't remember how(it's been awhile since I've played it) but I got trapped outside, which was terrible when daytime came around. But I think the main thing that got me was how unrealistic the combat seemed, I felt like I might as well have been playing one of those cheap motion games like tv baseball.
