If it is still hurting I would wrap and icepack in a towel and put on you ankle (frozen peas/berries work wonderfully if you don't have an icepack) and remember to keep the ankle slightly elevated to keep swelling down.

It pisses me off enormously to see the country who fought the hardest to crush fascism is turning into the rolemodel of said system.
Just look at this ridiculously silly article.

So I go to the pub with a few people, head over to Tesco afterwards to get picked up. While standing there a group of shaven headed guys come over. Start talking to themselves:
"He's wearing black"
"I don't like black"
"Fucking (insert racist term)"
"lets smash their teeth in... with this"
*grabs shopping trolley*
Walk past us and try using the trolley to smash a cash point. Then come back and try asking for a lift.
Me: "No."
"What's in your pocket?"
"Nothing"
"And that one?"
"My phone"
"Show us"
"No mate"
"Show us, I ain't no (racist term again), come on, white boy to white boy"
"Nah"
*Drunk guy goes for my pocket and gets his hand crushed*
Unfortunately that's a fairly common sort of event.

It was really good.
I made the apple cobbler (with some help from my dad) and everyone loved it.
We had vanilla ice cream with it and caramel sauce. It was still nice and warm when we ate it.
My dad also made his homemade garlic bread.
All the family was here too. My step sister with her boyfriend and my niece. My niece is three years old and lots of fun to have around.
