I'm in a city I do not know, I have hardly any relations here and I'm running out of food, goddamnit! Get your arses off your fat chairs and HELP ME instead of telling me that "no... we haven't received your letter... bladibladiblah..." Bullshit. I sent it almost two weeks ago. If I knew this'd be the outcome, I'd never have moved here in the first place. Now I just hope I won't have to live on rice and oatmeal until I finally find a solution for this. Fuck the bloody system...! *boils*

Public study support? Sounds daunting. Anyway, we're having the same problems over here during this summer (thanks to a nice, total reorganization by our lovely cadre of dysfunctional monkeys.. err, I mean, our lovely government! I, for one, welcomes our monkey overlords..), but it stretches over the departments that hands out money to lone parents, the elders etc. Luckily I've received my payments (my job gets paid through one of those horrible departments...) in time but it's on a "somewhere within two weeks" basis. Not very funny when I got bills to pay and the last time I got my paycheck just 12 hours before the last bill was supposed to be payed.
So I suggest that you say "To hell with it!", cross the border and let me buy you a coffee and a bowl of oatmeal.

Awww, so sweet of you, Meth. Careful, or I might even take you up on the offer... I had actually planned to go to the Goth festival in Gothenburg (hahaha) in November (I think it is November. Or something like that), so if you really want to buy me a coffee, that's the place to find me. *smiles brightly* Anyway, if you ever come to Oslo you will have to tell me.
Anyway, that must've been nerve- wrecking... I think I'd have freaked out. Really sucks when something you depend upon is being delayed for stupid reasons.

Everytime I have a conversation with someone I know, it makes me feel like I am miles fucking ahead of every single person I know, but this is very annoying, and also makes no sense, because I really don't think I'm all that intelligent.

My idiot mother is now on oxygen.
And fucking smoking in her bedroom with her oxygen tanks.
I guess I should go complain the the boo boo thread now to save time, considering an explosion is going to cause me some pretty wicked boo boos.

Wow, I am not sure I would have ever made that connection. To me it just tastes like water and white egg-tempura paint (not that I know what THAT tastes like.

At the risk of being there during an explosion, drag Kerri's ass over there and show her your mother breathing with oxygen tanks. Maybe it will motivate her to quit turning her young lungs into ashtrays while she still has time.

Sounds like something my mom would have tried, had we let her near cigarettes after she got on the machines.

My grandfather was like that too. We didn't know he was still smoking though, he died in his sleep (fluids just filled his lungs, doc said it was the best way to go), after sixty years of smoking he had every disease you can think of except for cancer. When we were cleaning up his house afterwards we found his secret stash of smokes >.< How the house didn't blow up I don't know.

Okay so while I was on vacation with Jake's family I got this really cute gargoyle kitty to put outside my door (the complex strongly encourages everyone to decorate their doorway). The complex is restricted access so only people who live here, their guests, and people who work here have access to the upper floors, plus there are a lot of other apartments who have a lot of stuff in their doorways so I figured that it was safe to put my little kitty there. Well apparently it wasn't. It was there last night when Jake left (11:45pm) and was gone by the time he got back (8:15am). I suppose that I shouldn't have been so trusting of my neighbors but I just didn't expect someone to steal something that was only worth $15 in an upscale complex like this.

poor kitty... maybe they didn't know that it was supposed to be there and they 'rescued' it. I know a lot of people like that... like my 8-year-old neighbor that stole our pet turtle (he was in a wheelbarrow while we where cleaning his cage.) and she thought that it was a wild turtle that somehow climbed into the wheelbarrow, which was at least 3ft off the ground, so she set it loose in the woods somewhere... Never saw it again, either...

It was a gargoyle, not a real cat, so I don't see how it would be rescued...I don't think a cat would make a very good decoration

I know that it wasn't a real cat, but little kids like to pick things up like that especially if they're colorful, or if they look pretty cool.

Dabbadmc, I was from Norn Iron. I rarely go back there, I've been in England for the last two years. I used to go to Cornucopia, the goth club in Belfast rather a lot, but I was based nearer to Antrim.

Were you hiding in the clothing racks and yelling "PICK ME!" to people as they passed by?
