I realize this is completely off-topic, but I figured if I asked here I would render less of an "omg n00b /slap" response due to the fact that this is such a pointless thread.

I noticed there is a way you can PM a person, but where exactly could one find an inbox for such messages? Also, how do you post images?

You can't PM till you get to around 300 posts. Then, up in the right corner, above User CP, FAQ, Members List, etc, there is a box that says your name, the last time you visited and private messages (you can't get to it now.) Also, you have to go into your account settings under User CP and enable PMing once you get the privilege.
You can't post links or images for a while, either.
