Jillian has a good point. I don't have anything against Uni but I don't see how she could have changed so much within a short period of time. Even I'm surprised. However, if she truly realized that what she did is wrong, then at least that means something.
And Lethean, I was asking Duane. I'm still not familiar with how some people joke around on these boards.

Of course. I've seen it happen many times. However, those people usually don't change deep down inside and that's what I was getting at before. Unimatrix's personality has changed suddenly, but it's only because she wants to regain herself on these boards. She has resorted to using manipulation as a tactic of survival here. I guess there's not much else I can say at the moment.

I concur, it takes a lot more time than a few hours to become a new person, unless you're just kidding yourself, in which case its a very temporary thing. And she's laying it on extremely thick, you know?
Still, as long as she behaves there's no real need to complain, I guess.

I don't think she has changed all that much, her personality is very much the same. She has just been able to see the consequences of her actions and to see what real damage it did to someone and because of that she has a different outlook but still has the same personality.

I aplogised to the girl and she gave me a big hug and told me not to worry about it. She apologised too for saying nasty things about me. So I think we're friends now.

Now i will be hated from everyone but what look like to me is that you realized you didnt really have a chance to make people change their ideas about what you did so you had to adapt. To me it look like you are kissing people asses, a bit too much too. I asked you what made you realize your mistake and you told me to go and read your poem which doesn't really explaine anything.
