Another Newbie...
Hey all, I've been lurkinga round here as a guest for a while so I thought it would be better if I actually joined. My name is Atra_Angelus aka Ciorstaidh (That's Kirsty in Gaelic, but feel free to spell it whatever way you like) and I foound this site while Google-ing something. So, on with the intro...
1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I'm currently an Irish dancer and a photographer...And unemployed.
2. Where are you from?
Sunny Scotland!
3. Who is your favorite author?
Umm...I don't really have one?
4. What are your favorite films?
The Crow, Scary Movie (All of them), Wall-e...I'm a child at heart!
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Seeing as my wedding is in another 3 and a half years...Evanescense. "You" is our first song.
6. At your funeral?
I'm thinking "Kiss Eternal" by Lords of Acid...I'm not too sure.
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
From a vampire's kiss...But then I suppose I wouldn't really be dead.
8. What kind of casket would you want?
A black one...No idea what it would be made out of.
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
My ****** dress (black of course) and my black full length lace jacket.
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Being so free...
11. What's your favorite band?
Lords of Acid at the moment.
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
Hmm, I've left secondry school and going to college next year to do Horse Care/Equine Studies.
13. Why did you join?
I joined because it would be nice to talk to other people like me and not just my fiance...
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
I am female!

Lords of Acid crack me up.
In spite of the fact you actually LIKE the scary movie series, I'll greet you warmly.

Same here. God, that cracks me up every time.
Atra_Angelus, welcome! I'm glad to hear you irish dance. I used to irish dance too, but the teacher was demanding that we practise for 3 hours a night and that wasn't possible for me. Still, my friends are in a prestigious dancing school here in NI and I was part of a harp performance where I got to enjoy the dancing every night. I love it!

The Scary Movie series is so repulsively stupid it makes my brain hurt. The entire series is a string of unoriginal jokes and half thought out parodies at best with failing-to-be humorous choices for guest actors.

I agree. Haven't seen it, but I don't see movies like that, mainly what you said. No offense intended to people who do...I just see movies like that completely pointless. Oh, whatever. I might just be taking movies too seriously, but that's my input.

*thinks* Nope, sorry, I can't remember much of Lewis - I left when I was quite young. Mum and I keep meaning to visit it again.

Awwk. I want to visit again too...See what's changed. Probably nothing, just be a few more sheep and maybe a street lamp or two (which the government up there may have to switch off because they can't afford it).
