No, it really is. You clearly know nothing and shouldn't be judging this mother unless shes feeding her child crap. You know they've been making juice for babies for years too, right? It seems the real problem is that you dont like the mother of the baby and will find any excuse to be a bitch to her.

I think that means you're getting more than what you need of vitamin B or C, your body just pisses what you don't need of those two out. Same thing happened to me when I thought taking vitamin B supplements would be a good idea o.O

Taking too much vitamin C causes something i don't know what it's called in english, but it doesn't have to do with the color of urine.

Yeah I googled it and vitamin B is the culprit for bright yellow pee, a lot vitamin C can cause orange pee. Its not serious or anything, B and C are water soluable, for something bad to happen you need to take a lot.
Its just weird for pee to be so......yellow O.O

Slow down.. my mother is a nursery nurse who works in labor & delivery, and has done so for over 20 years. I think I know what I'm talking about.
On a tangent, I still agree with JCC. You're quite amusing.
Saya, yeah.. it's excess B2
It amuses me

Damn it
Sometimes i feel like i can't take the pain anymore
For example right now, i can't breathe and i can barely hold my phone.
I can't lie down straight, i can't sit. It's gotten so bad that i have to curl myself into a fetal position.
Sometimes i feel cold and sometimes I'm hot.
Any ideas on how to make my cramps less painful?

Yesterday when I saw that I have 2 days off, I was running around all happy. Now I want to work... there's nothing to do here at home, and with the whole gang shit happening in town, I'm too paranoid to leave the house, well the property.

-Heat; I prefer hot baths. I also have these flaxseed microwave heating pad things.
-Black cohosh capsules
-Red raspberry leaf tea
-Willowbark tincture
-Meditation
-Not using disposable products. I highly recommend cloth pads or a Diva cup.

I'm glad to read the post above , talking a bit about health .
Someone can recomend something to improve sleep patterns? I'd be thankful for anything (serious)
I'm badly out of sync with my body . I can sleep for one day and then nothing the next three days , or wake up two hours later with nightmares , or stay up all night , sleep till the night comes and back again ...
What's better , to force myself to sleep until the right time or to force myself without sleep?

Having had to work graveyard shifts in the past...Gnet pun intended...I can give you some advice for forcing yourself to sleep:
a) at least a half hour before bedtime, keep the room dark, avoid bright lights. This tricks your body that it is sleepy time.
b) a cup of camomille tea or a bowl of cereal with milk, or a hot chocolate made with milk before bed makes your tummy sleepy.
c) Melatonin. Great stuff and sold over the counter. Take 20 minutes before you want to lie down.
d) don't listen to any music, instead read a book. This also slows down your metabolism and gets your body into rest mode.
Worked well for me for the year I had to work crazy shifts and did not have a stable sleep schedule as it changed week to week.

I don't know how you feel about pot, but I've always found it the surest way to get lazy. Smoking a joint then getting into bed and putting on a movie or TV show nearly always puts me to sleep. (If you don't smoke, you can always do like Humane suggested, but sprinkle a little in your hot chocolate.)

I took a biology exam, today.
And my head hurted like hell (again..)
I don't know why did I have an impression of protein is the most important nutrient. I wrote an essay in the 'Explain in a paragraph' section.
I'm going down !!!

I have a mate who I havent seen in months because of personal reasons. Now i'm purposely ignoring her because she doesnt have the ability to just fuck off out of my business, ever. She's always fishing for me to moan about my partner so she can tell me how much of a wanker he is for daring to still have mates he sees!! Shock horror! Plus, she dresses in dark clothes and tells everyone I turned her goth! Shes fucking 27. Still telling everyone shes a witch too, with her 'charmed' symbol tattoos. ARGGGGG

Two exams on saturday and another on tuesday
I guess I've just finished studying one of them, i still have problems to solve...
I'll probably let someone draw me the report (drawings of human cell types)

If that doesn't work, try a "sleepytime" blend that contains valerian.

Hmmm , I know you are right about pot , but right now this is out of question , and same with choco ... I don't know about Melatonin , I think I'll give a try since it seem harmless ... Everything but sleep meds or going to "a doc" , I remember both too well :/ ...

Actually I've tried Valerian and such things , they work but also drive my sleep patterns crazy ... I only need a couple of long nights to get out of sync again ... Yesterday I went at 9pm and was awake at midnight , then I couldn't sleep until five , and then I woke up at 9am ...
Thanks god I'm not working and I don't have any children ...

Its probably because you're not working, no schedule to work around?
I have the same problem when I have time off, yesterday I couldn't sleep til 10am, so I ended up sleeping all day, but I refused to wake up at night, I just made myself sleep until 6am. And now I'm quite tired and I'm going to bed at a reasonable hour.

Yeah , this is for sure contributing to the madness , but add the sleep quality (poor , so poor I'm afraid of being ill again) , and those sudden "wake up"s for no reason .
It was hard yesterday to make me sleep again , not matter what I tried (warm milk , relax , breath techniques ...)
Actually I only can go back to sleep after two fags , a bit of fresh air (a lot)... we are talking about four hours .
When I oversleep doesn't help at all right now . I used to oversleep and in a couple of days I'd be in control ... But now it's just different , it seems nothing is working anymore . I'm a bit afraid too ...
Perhaps I'll have to go to the doctor again ... I don't know ...

Think of it this way $haDe, you still have plenty of chances to do well in school, study harder and you'll kick ass on the next test.
