Suggesting sending someone to a mosh pit because "they can't handle it" is fucking stupid. How the hell is whether or not someone can hold their own in a pit related to this argument (and every single time I've heard this used, it isn't pertinent to the argument in question at all).

It wasn't an argument in the first place, but merely a exchange of petty insults. Just because you dislike pits, doesn't mean that you need to act like an upset 2 year old. How old are you? 18? Well you ain't acting like it!

Christ, you're stupid. I don't dislike pits. I dislike how every fucking metalhead I know goes around saying "throw 'em in a pit and see how they do!" about people they don't like. Like someone getting the shit beat out of them by a bunch of random concert-goers who don't know either of the people in the fight has ANYTHING to do with the fight or the people in it.
It's fucking stupid.
And even if it was just an exchange of petty insults, it wasn't even directly towards you in the first place, just anyone who tries using it in a legitimate argument.
