Its the middle of summer and the room is like an oven.
I have some sort of flu + fever - I am dehydrated and can't drink very much because my nose is blocked.
I can't sleep in my room because there is a huge spider in the far corner on top of my cupboard - too high to save and if I tried spraying it then it would just fall into the corner and disappear.
This is the third night I have slept in another room and it is probably breeding.
To top everything off. I feel guilty for being a bitch. I feel guilty for being nasty, and horrible. I don't want to be with my partner anymore but when I hear him upset it breaks me into pieces. I just want to fuck off somewhere.

I have so much on my mind, and I'm so confused and conflicted I'm not sleeping well at all. Everythings turning to shit faster than I can fix it and I honestly am not sure I care anymore. It would be easier for me to pack up and take the kids, and never fucking come back. I dont want to be here anymore. I'm surrounded by wankers and its sucking the life out of me.

Cramps, horrible horrible cramps. Should make a doctor's appointment for next week and go back on the pill.
Also I just cleaned the bathroom, the cleaners we use are so harsh my nose feels like its burning inside and I'm all lightheaded.

I haven't slept in days thanks to the worst heatwave in Victoria's recorded history. Also, the airconditioning upstairs doesn't seem to have any effect. This is not pleasant.
