I would say that the DSM is the be all end all for a definition such as this

The pointy end^_^ of course, dahlin. My wife has this fantastic dagger with a wolf head on one end and a partially serated blade. We oil it with dragonsblood essential oil. Clove oil is too strong for my senses. You should try it sometime, there is no bleeding involved if you are careful.
