Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

Damn, that really sucks. I mean, if I was in the possition of the band I'd be inclined to do the same thing, but, ah, I wish I could see them live before they break up.
I missed them the last time they were here, and have been kicking myself in the ass ever since. Damn. This is really dissapointing. Tarja's voice is so unique (despite it being a little less powerful lately). But I am glad the band will continue. Hmm. Sad sad news.

I like thier cover of Phantom Of The Opera. It's got a nice slightly demented edge to it but it's still similar to the original Andrew Lloyd Webber version

Being ever so slightly obseesed with Phantom Of the Operea, naturally hearing that a band did a rock cover peaked my intrest. I was very pleased of the results, and of course got to like the rest of their songs as well.

I don't really see anything too special about Nightwish for me to like.
Oh well.
I guess I'm the only one who thinks that.

Woah. I didn't know Tarja was such a bitch. I used to really like Nightwish, though. Ghost Love Score and Dead Boy's Poem being a couple of awesome songs from them.

Nightwish is incredable. My favorite songs are She is My Sin, Bare Grace Misery, Dark Chest of Wonders, Nemo, and Wish I had an Angel. I have heard theat Tarja was getting kicked out - any truth to this?

Ahh... Nightwish... I think everyone in my family has a Nightwish CD. My two year old nephew loves it. So does my fat 45 year old brother. Their demographic range is amazing.

I like Nightwish, and I regret that I couldn't go to their concert last ear (yeah, I know, because I live so far, bands like those don't come here too often. In fact, they don't come here at all) *sighs*
But, who knows? Maybe I could go to some other concert, of another band I like more.
Or not.

That ' remake ' is called Eclipse , and it's awesome indeed . Tarja's voice is great but she has been fired a while ago .
@About the Band .
One of my favorites .
