Fashion DIY tips and gratuitous plugs. And hair. Hair! Flow it, show it. Wait...no. That's some hippie musical. Nevermind. |

As for me, if it looks good and is cheap I don't care where I get it from which mainly includes:
Target, K-Mart, Big W, Myers, Dangerfield, Planet 13, Victorian Gothic...
though Vic Goth and Dangerfield are rarely cheap and Planet 13's t-shirts fit my torso but they are too short =/
|
Hey, you go to pretty much all the shops I go to. Vic Goth's just my friendly neighbourhood hairdye store though, since they mark up the prices on their clothes by about 500%. I also buy plain black stuff from Cotton On when they're cheap.
Have you checked out the new Deviate Shop on McKillop Street in the city? They have some cool 'alternative' stuff, and it's (marginally) cheaper than most other places. And I'm one of their posterchildren, haha.

Neither can I, Ever since I saw this one fat chick wearing them I always laugh when I see someone wearing them. ( not that I have anything against fat girls, but you had to see this to belive it, her ass was rediculously big compared to the rest of her body.)

It's sad that some people consider those pants goth, Maybe they used to be part of goths attire a long time ago, but the emos have stolen them away.

I know! But it's usually the people who don't know what goth even is. Oh well. I'll just let him keep wearing those ugly things while I laugh from afar.

Us goths have to keep the emo's in check. We can't have them assimilate our beautiful subculture.

I haven't been into the city in ages but when i do go in again I'll be sure to check out Deviate for the posterchild at least.
i have one item that's from Vic Goth and I didn't even buy it, it was a present, your typical black goff spiked collar.

Well I used to buy clothes at my local goth shop, but it's pricey! It's worth it 'cause their clothes are amazing, but I can't buy everything there... So I usually try to find cool clothes in regular stores and it works, but now I end up ordering a lot of movie shirts and band shirts on some cool websites! But I always wondered if it would work for boots/shoes, since the sizes are always different from one store to another, so buying without trying them on, I'm not so sure, what do you guys think?

I shop wherever the hell I want.

Mostly Target, Value World, or H&M, though.

Target, Walmart, Khols... Whatever I see that is cheap really. I'm to greedy to shop at places like Hot Topic I guess.

I buy occasional stuff at Target, TJ Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory. However, I get most of my stuff from on-line places such as:
Newport News
Cruella
X-tra-X
EBAY
Lip Service
Kates Clothing
Shoes/boots I mostly get from Pennangalan, New Rock, or Zappos
P.S.
Sanguine, you don't need to try so hard to convice us that you are not a "mall goth". Chill out.

I wear them every day.
And I still wear the tripp pants I got back when I was a mall-goth when I'm too lazy to dress properly. And no one cares.
