Yep, because we cant get enough of immigrants here. You'll get a nice house to live in, money to live on and a car. You will be living the life. Prejudices wont change though. They exist everywhere.

Indeed his opinion is free to be stated, NOT his criticism about whatever anyone else likes or does.
And why you are misleading the main topic/question?.The problem is in living in non-appreciating-gothic places.

You're really naive.

My opinion is that everyone is free to criticise, so toughen up.

There's a chance you're right in here, so clarify this for us:
Do you think he called you naive for "we cant get enough immigrants" or for "you'll get a nice house to live in, money to live on and a car"?

You know, goth fashion is kinda... old. Isn't there any way you can make up your own look that's unique, interesting, and NOT implying that you worship satan?

If you don't like the kind of attention you get from what you wear, then wear something different. [You can still look 'Goth' without looking like a half-eaten corpse. Have you considered the Victorian-Goth look? Or perhaps toning your make-up down while at school?]

Also, when people talk to you, instead of getting emotional, you could try being friendly and showing them that you aren't as scary as you look.

I was under the impression that this is the world in general. I mean, isn't that the point? To wear something that Common Society [whichever one that may be] doesn't necessarily approve of?

Well...yeah. I mean, it -is- a Pentagram-like object, after all, and folks associate pentagrams with Satanism.

Like I said above, if you don't like the reaction you get, then try changing your attitude towards others, or don't wear it at all.

I really think my life is real shit. Me and my friend are so disperate that we are collecting money to travel to europe and we cant hangout while everyone can ..It's just sick, I am pessimisted about 2009 , for me .
I think travelling to Europe is a -great- idea. Perhaps you could also scope out some potential places to move to when you get old enough..?

Btw, my friend studies in Jordan, she is the type of a girly-pink-loving girl. She says it is a serious shithole aswell. I think the whole middle east is .
Seriously, I think that as soon as you guys can, you should move somewhere that you feel more comfortable.
