I love Sarah Silverman! And I tend to hate female comics. I actually find her to be very original and not pretentious when compared to most comics. Nah, she just asks to see it and hassles me until I send it. Then she tells me everything that's wrong with it, I ignore 98% of her advice, we get into long debates about the purpose of literature and in which capacity I've either failed of fulfilled it....... it usually concludes with me saying, "what do you know, you're a 16 year old girl" dismissively, before slinking off to discreetly make some of the changes she suggested. Good times.
