Not really. The other side voices their opinion online too. I don't agree with conservapedia but I'm by no means surprised that it exists.

I find it fun to read it, but those two are scary, because you know they're dead serious.

Just because a site is legitimate doesn't mean it is sanctioned or supported.
There are websites advocating child porn for pete's sake and they are still on the web.

It often makes you wonder why people are still so afraid and reluctant to accept those who may attempt to change their opinions, firmly entrenched in their brains, of issues that really need to be solved.
I agree wholeheartedly with more rights for homosexuals. I agree for the most part with feminism; I love the concept but I hate it when some people take it to such an extreme that they end up becoming hypocrites.

Honestly, I find it more astounding that people that subscribe to these kinds of sites can't make the logical connections that equality with genders, races, and orientations is a GOOD thing.
I see stuff like this and think, "Jesus, they SERIOUSLY believe this."
It is indeed an awe inspiring display of bad logic and I'm not even saying this because of my political leanings, but from a common sense stand point.

Often if people get raised from birth on these sort of ideas, they'll keep believing them regardless of how stupid or contradicting they sound. If you want someone to be brainwashed, brainwash them early.
It IS a scary world, isn't it?

Now here's something that will REALLY give you the willies.
It's all good and fine until they get to the jew and christian part.
It almost doesn't even look like hate, it's like... motivated indifference. As if the destruction of a race is simply something that has to happen.

That IS creepy >_<
She seems to answer the questions so mechanically, as if the answers have been routinely drummed into her skull. I have nothing against parents teaching religion to their children but......that was scary...especially what she said about the jews and christians.
*shudders*

There's no difference between that and the majority of other religions, they're just more honest about it.

i didn't know that over a third of the drug dealers in large cities are homosexual. According to that site homosexuals are pretty much party animals as well. Damn gays.

I think I'll skip those links, they would undoubtedly make me spit vitriol.

Well, the people at Conservapedia have a legitimate beef with Wikipedia. The Wikipedia rules have a far left wing bias. Below are the three key rules at Wikipedia. I think you'll see what I mean.
1. Neutral point of view (you can't editorialize).
2. Verifiability (you can't make crap up).
3. No original research (you can't cite your own bullshit).
That's totally unfair to people who have the political orientation of the people at Conservapedia. Basically Wikipedia is telling them that there are certain things they're not allowed to say, just because they aren't true. That excludes practically everything they have to say right at the get go. I mean, you're basically asking them to go head to head with reality. It's an unreasonable request to make of people whose entire lives are predicated on building a little bubble fantasy and staying inside it forever. Where's the respect for their views?

"Vic Eliason of Crosstalk America rightly points out that if all Americans turned homosexual it would only take a few generations for the United States to lose most of the population of the country through lack of procreation. This would make the US more vulnerable to attack by our enemies."
That's fucking awesome. Who needs stand-up comedians when you have this stuff?

Read their article about evolution for more fun. They manage to perform Godwin's law flawlessly without participants.

Bullshit attracts bullshit. I'm no expert on feminism but I know that if the movement were half as retarded as it's made out to be by those few select quotes, we'd hear about it in real life.
Let the conservative conspiracy crackpots don their tinfoil hats and gibber about how the "PC Gestapo" is coming to steal Christmas all they like. They're not really harming anyone by being hopelessly wrong.
Also, props to Drake Dun for that fine display of hammer-nail interfacing there.
