Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

Yay! New stuff! *acquires* Thank you, Drac.
I say, you wouldn't happen to have anything by The Merry Thoughts? I just heard "Pale Empress" by them, and I can't find them anywhere.

Hey, good stuff! I was expecting not to like it (I have low expectations) but I really enjoyed that record!
My favorite track is "Low Violet". Reminds me of the Sisters Of Mercy.
Got any more recommendations?

Thank the spirits for Get Dead... My computer recently died, and as a result I lost everything. EVERYTHING! So right now, the only music I have on my computer is what happened to be in my MP3 player and what I've re-downloaded from GD.

This happened to me too. I lost an enormous Goth collection, salvaging only the Beach Boys.

Thank you so much for sharing all of this music. Work is pretty great when you have a lot of new stuff to listen to. I really like Medicine Rain.

Wow, what a great blog! You've got some awesome more obscure stuff there that I've never come across before. Always nice to get new music...for free...in good quality...not from a crappy torrent. You really can't lose, actually.

....Why did I not discover this earlier?!?!?
I intend to take full advantage of this blog as soon as I get the internet at home. Thanks a bundle for making this.

Thank you Drac I enjoy your website this is a great idea and helps people like me discover new goth bands or at least bands that are virtually unknown. Oh btw I used your huge list of goth bands on Rateyourmusic to add a few entries to Gothic International's list of goth bands.

I did something different today and instead posted my collection of samples from 128 drum machines. Everything from the Oberheim DMX to the 808 is here.
