Im a girl ana your height, and last time i weighed myself i was 121 pounds. That said I am underweight, and it really depends on your build. I don't think I look icky, my sister is the same height but would look icky and sick if she was my weight.

Duane, check your grocery store for healthy chips. Im eating chili lime tortilla chips right now, really tasty with 5 grams of fat per 50 grams, and 4 grams of fiber. Its easier to eat healthy when you find healthy food you love. Since I went vegan I've been eating very good and love the food I'm eating, its just a matter of experimenting and finding foods you will want more than unhealthy crap, you dig?

i too hate my fat rolls. i'm working on them now. working out 30 minutes a day, cutting back on sweet and fat food, fast food. stuff like that. i've lost 20 pounds. my rolls are kind of still there. but i have learned to love my self for me. and i'm not losing the weight because i think i'm ugly, but it is for my health.

I'm losing mine because I've had them my entire life and they are the bane of my existance. It also makes men ignore me and quite frankly six years without sex or any kind of intimacy whatsoever is quite enough I think

Yes and no.
It's not "too much" in volume or weight, but it's not good for you.
Have three egg WHITES, a piece of whole wheat toast, and an apple or peach or something.

Cholesterol, fat, and calories.
Eat up.
You can, however, eat as many egg whites as you like.
A lunch I enjoy that's low fat and filling is an egg white omelet with provologne cheese and chicken breast.
Easy on the cheese, though, and no, it's not ok to use American cheese. That shit will fuck you up.

I think I'd quite like to be underweight. I'm not fat but I'm not thin enough for me, you know?
I noticed you said you went vegan, so you're in the same boat as me. Do you do any exercising at all or have you just got your diet down pat?

There isn't actully that much fat or cholesterol in eggs. The reccomendation is 2 per day. Which is what I have . 2 eggs scrambled on 1 slice wholemeal toast for breakfast.
And I've discovered ALDI do these little thin crispy rice cake things. I have my crab salad mix (go back a page or two for the recipe ) on the tomato ones for lunch now which is really nice.
I've also lost another pound I can't remember the last time I was UNDER 16 stone!

This is very true, though you should be sure to get free range eggs as they have higher levels of vitamins and omega threes, as well as being lower in cholesterol. Three eggs is a little high but you can make a nice sized omelet with two eggs, just don't cook the eggs in butter or bacon grease, olive or safflower oil are much better options.

No excercising, I have long abadoned the wii fit but I do eat really good, although I have been underweight all my life (crazy metabolism), I gradually did shed some weight after going vegetarian, about nine pounds, and there's been no change after going vegan. I'm gonna start excercising soon though so I can gain some muscle weight, hopefully.

Yeah, with any luck I'm going to get a new job tomorrow and then I think I'll join a gym for the first time in my life. I've never exercised because I'm lazy and because I'm afraid of building up bulk, but I guess there's always running machines and cardio classes and junk.

I'm thinking of purchasing a weight loss video to use at home. [I don't like the idea of exercising with the general public. *shivers*] The yoga "Biggest Loser" DVD looks interesting, but I'm not sure if it would help with weight loss.
Any ideas/advice?

Here's my advice.
RUN.
I don't know how many times I can say it before you'll fucking listen.
You can buy all the lowfat recipe books and exercise DVDs you want, but until you commit yourself, you're not going to get anywhere.
