Okay I am officially too sleepy to function properly so I'm off to bed and hopefully sleep will find me.

I'm up way early for no damn reason.
I have to move my old junk out of my dad's old house today.
Hopefully they won't want to do it because of the rain.

Did that a month ago..
It was either spend time with him and get the last of my things, or he was going to send everything to the thrift store.

Yay! Recession is easing up a bit! That's great, don't get me wrong, I believe it might get worse for another month or two before it really starts to end.

I want to leave my job and work for mental health support instead.
I can't leave my job till the end of the contract in August, though.
But I'd like to... well, help. Enough of my friends suffer one mental upset or another that I've kind of picked up a better understanding than the layman. Mental illness affects one in four people at some point in their lives, but about one in three of my friends *right now*. I can make tea, I can listen, and it wouldn't be the first time I've sat down and gently taken a sharp thing out of someone's hands. I can do filing, I can fill in forms, I can photocopy stuff endlessly and I can make even more tea. I want to be out of my current place and into something useful. But not before the end of the contract.
Also, I nearly bought a huggable gimp dolly at Whitby. It was the Fetishman action figure, and it was nearly a foot high and squishy. It was only a tenner. I think I might get it anyway from the site.

I just nearly broke my back dragging a soaked cedar log I found by the ocean onto land. I did it partially to burn off some calories, partially for some twisted sense of honor or ego, and partially because it would make great material to make my first self-carved mask out of (actually I could probably get three or four large masks out of it).

My friend is coming out with a movie called Necromentia. I've seen some of it and I really liked it. It's going to be screened at Cannes, so look out for it some time.

Damn it, the huggable gimp isn't for sale on the site. I want my huggable gimp.
