that leg-thing at the gym.. where you push out the platform?
IDK what it's called, but I've done about 200-225lbs on it.

I'm working up to that, I really need to get stronger, I can already move some of my friends by lifting them and placing them somewhere else, but i want to be able to chuck them (into soft objects)

The trick is to lift with your arms and lean back at the same time, thus killing yur spine.
