If you don't have a favorite author or a favorite band, what are a few that you happen to be into at the moment?

For books at the moment I have received a few books about ghost stories. I love to read about ghost stories. I've finished two of them so far but the third one will take a while as it is such a big book.
Music...hmm...there's so many...Within Temptation, Sigur Ros, Celtic music, and I love listening to Cello music.

apart from 2 of the new arrivals has any of the current members ever heard of "Within Temptation"?

Just thought it funny that 2 newbies from different bits of the world enjoyed the same band that isn't all that popular. Cool stuff.

Technically, I'm a new arrival. But I listen to some Within Temptation. And I'm from the unfortunate western US.

I know them and I used to listen to some of their older songs. I didn't think WT was that popular, as in mainstream popular, before but I don't think they're that hard to find, either.

Would you care to share the titles of said books?

Oh, maybe it's just 'cause I've never heard of them here before. Just found it interesting.

Also, I hope Narcissa decides to use normal font... really soon. >_>

I partake of some Within Temptation occasionally. However, I find that the group's Heart of Everything album seems a bit too much akin to Evanescence at times.

And welcome, O Morbid lady. *hat tip*

I've been away for quite a while but I'm pretty sure I've seen Within Temptation mentioned here before. I'd heard a few songs in a friends car once, years and years ago, and went out and obtained everything by them I could find... The songs were just achingly beautiful.. and listening to them was an experience I had not felt with music in a long while.

Hello Morbid Sorrow... Pleased to make your acquaintance.. Hmm, my first online journal was called Infinite Sorrow... I suddenly feel a bit less of an original than I thought I was..

I've never really liked Within Temptation. Hot Patootie bless my soul, I really love that Alien Sex Fiend.

Oh and Welcome.
