You could use a bracelet as the chain. As far as the whole attachment part to the nose, clasp the hook of the bracelet to the nose ring.

There's a girl on Youtube with bright pink hair that has one and she looks kinda cute. I think her name's AdoraBat or something.

I think that nose chains look wonderful on Anna-Varney, but not so on anyone else.

I haven't seen anyone wearing a nose chain in years. As for that vid - sure as hell not my idea of cute!

I'll probably end up getting a lip chain before I turn 21, so I'm not one to say "It's a bad idea." It's your own opinion, if you want to take the risk of it being jerked out by accident or on purpose than I say go for it. It might never happen, but there is always that if...

I've actually seen more chains going from ear to lip.
But I watched that video... am I supposed to do my makeup like her?

I certainly hope not. I just used it as an example.

It was kind of mesmerizing watching that girl swirl her eyeliner around in the kinds of patterns you see on the fake nails of the cashier at your local grocery store. Soothing, oddly. Like I've been lulled into a relaxed state of ugly makeup resignation.
I don't really like the chain look either.

Hm, I must say that this particular style of adornment does not appeal to me. It brings to mind images of the outlandishly chain-laden King Xerxes of 300 and seems to invite a potentially bloody and painful mishap.

Yeah, that guy Xerxes was... yeah. Anyway, there is beautiful goth make-up and then there's overdoing it... wow. Is it the pain meds or is that a whole other "sub-culture" of overdoing it.

Take a bracelet and attach the clapse to your nose ring then put the end of the bracelet behind your ear. Easy nose chain.

So should you.
As i said before look at yourself in the mirror before starting criticising others.
