Anything happen to you in the past month?

I saw a hooker shoot up this past weekend.
I was in Kensington (quite possibly the WORST area in Philadelphia) shooting a short film.
It was pretty mind blowingly fucking disgusting to see this meth faced hooker do that.
Lot's of syringes on the ground too, but also a lot of cute stray kittens.

Some of this is a little older than a month, but I haven't been around so much.

Found an awesome club in Portland Maine, and am becoming pretty good friends with some of the regulars. It's a nice change, not only having a place to go that has the sort of atmosphere I like on a convenient (Friday!) night, but feels like a community. Maybe I've just gotten over being an introverted wank, but feeling welcome around new people is a really great thing.

I also got to see Peter Murphy at the Showcase in Foxboro MA thanks to winning tickets from a local radio station! It was a fun show, if you have a chance to check out the Secret Cover tour, do it.

In the future you may want to specify what type of tofu you are supposed to use as there are different types but they are not interchangeable. Also you don't slice mint, you want to give it a coarse chop, also what you did to the strawberries would also be considered chopping not slicing, if you are going to be doing more cooking videos then work on your technique and the proper vocabulary.

I'm really surprised, you have a video that didn't make me laugh or cringe. Really, the only thing that was really off about that video was just general awkwardness.

A few things about the recipe though. Its pretty simplistic and nothing no vegan or vegetarian hasn't heard before, but it was your first so no need to get picky about it I guess. The big thing, as Solumina said, you didn't specify what kind of tofu. Looks like you used soft silken tofu but if someone isn't familiar at all with it they could easily buy any kind of tofu and wonder why it tastes like crap afterwards, so you might want to include that. Also you don't really need to include "Start blender on chop and move to liquefy", you can just simply say something like "blend until mixed". Also saying "Variety is a wonder, especially if trying to stick to a vegan or vegetarian diet." at the end felt really out of place, a sort of "No shit sherlock" sort of thing.
