Hola!

I have been a member in the past, but I failed miserably at keeping up with posts so I'm starting afresh! I thought a re-introduction would be wise...so here it goes...

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I have an in-between job at the moment, working in admin for a freight company. I'm applying for a PGCE this Sept, hoping to become an English teacher in Secondary education ^_^

2. Where are you from?
I grew up in London, but now live on the outskirts where there are horses but still nasty chavlets.

3. Who is your favorite author?
Hard, because there are always new interests! Poe, Kafka and lately Neil Gaiman...there are loads more but I won't bore!

4. What are your favorite films?
I've recently started watching French horrors with the loved one, so they're becoming an obsession. Often banned films which seem to always be a let down (Salo being one of these). I like lots of random films, though. I'm open to most!

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Another hard question! Maybe something by Bjork...I don't know!

6. At your funeral?
...Maybe Pixies, maybe Bowie, maybe Cure, Smashing Pumpkins...another hard question o_O

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
I just want to go before I loose my mind and the ability to live properly.

8. What kind of casket would you want?
Dark wood with a green velvet lining

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
My new rubber purchase ^_^

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Adventuring!

11. What's your favorite band?
Arrhhh...I'll name a few but there's a mixture: Eighties Matchbox B-line Disaster, Radiohead, Bjork, Manic Street Preachers, Regina Spektor, The Cure, Yeah Yeah Yeah's, In Flames, Siouxsie & The Banshees, Dilinger Escape Plan, Irish music (I grew up listening to it and played the tin whistle ^_^), of recent; Infected Mushroom, Isintilla, VNV Nation and on it goes....

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
I have a degree in English Lit.

13. Why did you join?
For quirky and incitive discussions ^_^

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Female!

Whose more desperate? The desperado or the desperate who follow him?

Thanks for the welcome!
Cannot believe that somehow resulted in an argument...o_O

Ophelia, that's great ^_^ What do you do at the moment? Are you studying?

Saya - what are the odds! How long have you been playing? As for Bjork albums, it depends on your taste or mood! I love them all in different ways, I probably listen to Debut and Homogenic more, but Vespertine is beautiful, too. Sometimes listening to a 'best of' CD is a good way of grasping an artist as varied as her! (Her 'best of' is great, too! An awesome selection! ^_^)

Unfortunately, no, I am not studying.
I'm a manager at Pacsun.

In time, though, when I have more money, I will be studying.
