Leaving it in longer is good for colors I think. It's worked for me. Usually left it in for twice as long.
I don't think I'd drool over this pic, but at least it's not boring.

i know too well what you mean.
that's what i do when do my hair i leave it longer.
i don't do it on purpose but i always forget to watch the clock'c and i always get distracted as well.

I'm taking my lunch break before heading back to the middle school to tutor. My lunch consists of caffeine and nicotine, but I don't tell the kids that.

Eating soup, glass of milk, Oreo for dessert. Working overnights really fucks with my eating/hunger, and I haven't been eating much at all lately. Not that I eat much anyway, but damn. Besides this, all I've eaten in the past 30-some hours was a chicken sandwich and an apple. >___<
