Also, I was at a fair once and they were selling deep fried cheesecake on a stick. Amazing. We apparently also have an infatuation with deep frying things. Deep fried Oreos, deep fried pickles, deep fried turkey.

We have scones here too, I'm not really sure what your equivalent of an American biscuit is but they are lighter and flakier than a scone, kind of like the texture of a pastry only they aren't sweet.
Oh and like everyone else here now I would very much like a scone.
