Today we saw The Princess Bride and Superman. I want to watch The Watchmen now that the little girl's in bed but the husband is crashed out on the couch so it's not looking promising *raspberries*

Nothing beats the original one, but the new one is quite a pleasure to watch too. It's not bad, it's just... different.

I preferred the 2nd and 3rd vignettes to the first and last.
Even though I've seen it before, I almost had a heartattack when Chris Lee screamed and leaped out of his bed... apparently that sort of thing is still rather effective!
