To create an utopian society, you first need to remove all the humans from it. They just don't fit in.

Eh, would it really be a society without humans?

But it would be interesting to imagine what it would be like.
Life on the streets would be buzzing with joy, what would we have as government? We don't know... some reformed democracy perhaps?
I know i'm just setting myself up for a flame but I don't care. I enjoy the plethora of thoughts of a pristine society.
Stupidity abounds disproportionately from this misguided thread.

Cool

DOUBTFULL to create a utopian society one must first do away with free thought, free action, and the general evils of man. then put everyone in a nice comfy state of contentment ... you know what its just faster to tell everyone to read "brave new world" by aldous huxley or watch the movie its even faster

See, Ben? The above post also exemplifies why that level of stupidity stands out.
They're idiotically saying that a perfect society for people can only exist without people. No matter how stupid someone's idea of a utopia is, it can't be stupid enough to talk about such a raging contradiction in the basic premise and still have the air of a douche that thinks they're being oh-so-deep.

Not so much. If the poster was just awkwardly trying to say the human beings are incapable of creating and living in a Utopian society, then it's just ignorant English and doesn't rise above the sewage line of the rest of this leech bed. But I think a debate about who has posted the most stupid thing in this thread will probably break down into anarchy as willing fools rush in to compete for a new low. I'm walking away before it rises above my boots.

My personal dream of a utopian society would be one where classical education would be changed into something where each student would progress on their own speed and so, and where the progress isn't graded or something.

It would also be a more anarchic society - for as I told my anarchic friend, the anarchy system will only work if the society exists only out of intelligent and abstract thinking humans.

.....which will never happen.

What is that saying again? Utopia for utopians?
