I thought about you last night (In a totally non-creepy way) when I was listening to the health show of Vegan Freak Radio. They were talking about eating right and losing weight on a vegan diet, I think you need a subscription to have access to that particular show but if you're interested I can see if I can email it to you.

It depends on height. If the person is very short then 125 would be a normal weight

So I've started to gain weight due to the fact that I had my position at work changed and am now doing nothing but sitting down all day. And once I get home around 7 all I wanna do is eat and rest...which isn't very good.
I need to get a membership to a gym.

You could start walking to work. No need for a gym. If you live too far from work, then get off the bus/train whatever a couple of stations in advance and walk the rest of the way.

I forgot what her height was and I went back to look. She's around my height and I'm about 125...
Depends on her build too. 130-135 is my "ideal" weight. Or she'll just lose ten pounds and realize she looks awesome at 138 anyway and won't need to lose more.
