Yes, problem is that I tried that. I am more or less addicted to food, runs in the family too. I can easily do it when I'm not stressed, but a condition I have makes it so that I am often stressed for no reason, and then I eat.

To me, it's the only way out really. I have been trying for years, and I have been failing for years. And if I don't do something now, I will die before I reach 30. I have diabetes and blood clots in the heart in my close family, so it's about time I try something new.
