I find them scratchy when they're new or washed, but after that, they're find.
I have this really nice one that isn't like a towel at all, it's kind of looks like a towel but it's all silky. It's really nice. Newcastle United fan shop sell some damn nice towels...

Yah there are some really plush, puffy, soft towels but they are kinda pricey.

Listening to The Cure, sipping Black Currant tea, trying to figure out something pretty and warm to wear. Wishing my man was awake. He's in the bedroom. With most of my clothes. =(

Talking to a lady friend via the interwebs.
That's right, this dog has a lady friend.
I still don't know where to take her for our date.
Hmmmmmmm.........

I'm planning a tea party for Jake as he wants on for his birthday, he is such a pretty little princess ^_^
(Really I think he just wants an excuse to have all the little cakes and scones)

LOL Solumina! Jake sounds like a fun guy.
I'm procrastinating and have been fucking around on the computer all day. I must creep into the bedroom and get on some decent clothes.

Oh he is, though I'm not exactly looking forward to trying to put together an entire high tea since he is a very picky eater but doesn't have time to really sit down with me and come up with a menu at least he like all scones so those aren't a problem and he likes most pastries. I'm just not sure what to do for sandwiches and he wants a selection of tea sandwiches since he doesn't like mayo, mustard, or cream cheese and he is allergic to fish so most of the ones I know are completely off the table (though I am making cucumber sandwiches, even if he wont like them, since they are my favorite). I'm thinking I could do a shredded chicken curry and use that like a chicken salad but I still want at least two more options.

I looked at this menu a long time ago as i really want to go to The Ritz for afternoon tea and was amazed they had chocolate spread sandwiches on the menu! (ok their posh version) http://www.theritzlondon.com/pdfmenu...URT%20menu.pdf

I am actually basing the menu on what I had the last time that I had tea at the Ritz, though admittedly the one I went to had a somewhat different menu than the one in London.

I am sitting in my bed with a towel wrapped around my neck and a shower cap on my head. Yeah, it's sexy.
In other words: I'm dying my hair.

Reviewing cameras at B+H and wiping drool drips from the edges of my desk =) Pretty sure I want a PowerShot SX20 IS under my tree this year. Also ignoring the cats demands for dinner but can't hold out on them much longer.

Sitting with pangs of jealousy, I would love to go to the Ritz for afternoon tea.
I had my outfit all worked out and everything till someone told me people don't get that dressed up for it anymore.

Watching Bava's Black Sunday. I don't like dubbing but it's not a horrible job and the atmosphere/cinematography is STUNNING. Well worth a viewing.

Never mind that, I always get dressed up to go out at night, to the theatre or to dinner it's all the same. Just because nobody else has class doesn't mean you can't have it either!

Screw that, I still dressed to the nines as did most of the people I saw there. Just because it has become socially acceptable to be a slob doesn't mean that you have to do it too.
