Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

It's not relevant, that was the whole point of the comment. It was just as irrelevant as your presence, god, some people are thick sometimes...

I think that would make it worse... Who chooses to move to Texas?

Wow, I lol'd. You get pissed that I didn't react by being all pissy about living in Texas so you try to make it seem like you were saying something meaningful so you can troll me by saying I'm stupid for not understand it. You guys are just too deep for me, for real.

I find it funny that you think I was pissed off. If I were pissed off I'd hunt you down and kill your pets for fun, like, microwave them and staple them to your forehead while you sleep. Just using something arbitrary that you posted, labeling it as stupid and getting a reaction out of you is rather entertaining. =D

I don't have many bands in particular that I truly hate, but mostly any techno/trance/dance/whatever the fuck computernoise genres are named, a lot of country suck, but a few pearls of pure delight do appear, most RAP music is indeed Retards Attempting Poetry, but again, a few good may be in the bunch, Emo music fucking sucks ass, but other than that, I can listen to mostly anything.
One single band in particular PISSES ME OFF though.
... ... Cradle of Filth.
Did you know that they get a new vocalist at every track? Because, you know, you can't slaughter a living pig more than once..

I don't mind Cradle of Filth. They don't sound too bad, and Dani's a much better writer than the majority of the more "kvlt" extreme metal acts.

I'm not too convinced for some reason.
Stick around, you could prove to be more entertaining than you already are.

I would like to bitchslap myself as I go shamefully in here and see that I wrote Cradle of Filth when in fact I was talking about Children of Bodom.
Cradle of Filth never did it for me, but they don't exactly piss me off.

The only band I really hate with a passion is Green Day(and most pop-punk I've heard).

Big deal, your opinions got shot down. No need to pretend you've been playin' Pepper Jack the whole time, we's is smarter than that.

You're a moron.
You've heard what?
Like two or three of their albums?
Pop Punk didn't even exist before American Idiot.

The Vandals (1980), Beatnik Termites (1986), The Queers (1982), and so fucking on. Pop punk was around way before the abomination that is Green Day.

I love the pop punk.
I have the great advantage of growing up in Britain in the 70s and 80s and therefore having grown up with pop punk on radio and television throughout my youth.
Fave pop-punk: Buzzcocks. Say you don't mind?

Buzzcocks rule. Some of my best memories are rocking out to them at dingy little shit hole venues.

Ok then, take what I said as meaning by today's standards.
They were "American Ska-Core" first.

Wow, Buzzcocks and The Vandals really aren't bad, I take back my comment about Pop Punk, but I still really dislike Green Day.
@Malice: I've heard most stuff off 'Kerplunk', 'Dookie', 'Insomniac', and 'American Idiot', and some stuff off 'Nimrod' and '21st Century Breakdown'.

And how were those albums pop punk?
