Anti, I agree with the people who have complimented on your artwork.

Keep posting more of your artistic work!

It's never too late to start again, though, you know. I first started drawing about a year ago. Didn't start taking it seriously untill a 5-6 months ago. So if you start drawing again, you'll be as good as me in no time.

So, yeah. Get back to it, man. And start posting. ^^
Sound advice girl, sound advice. I'll start giving it a go this week.

Dwight L. MacPherson and rockandrose, thank you both. I really appreciate that. I'm actually trying to force myself to not draw these days, though, so I wouldn't expect anything. You know, with exams coming up and everything... But then again, I'm also trying to force myself not to waste time on forums. And we can all see how well that's going. So...

TIMEOUT! Girl!? I'm not a girl. Not that being a girl would be any bad... I could be a hot little gothic chick and I could stay in front of the mirror all day and masturbate. Unfortunately, though, I'm not hot, not little, not gothic and definitely not a girl. *Checks down his pants.* Yep, definitely not a girl.

What gave you that idea, anyway? Is it the way I talk. Do I talk girlish? English is my third language, so I might not be aware of the way I'm speaking...

Good to hear you're going to 'give it a go,' though. Keep us posted. ^^

Your english is very good especially considering the fact that it is your 'third language'.

What are your other two languages?

rockandrose, thanks. Well, being from Iceland, Icelandic is my first language, then they make us learn Danish.

Xnguela, Damn. I need a new avatar. It's a shame, though. I really like this one. It's female, sure. But I didn't think it looked that female, you know? It's got long hair, sure, but in my book it could pass for a guy easily.

Edit: No wait, I have a solution. ^^

Am I the only one who absolutely hates the dA community? I used to post there untill a couple of months ago (antijulius) but I didn't like the way the community worked, the average IQ of a person over there seemed to be around 50 AND their servers were always slow as hell. So I ended up bailing.

Anyway. Someone actually asked for more... So... Here's a speedpainting I did today. One hour, one layer, one brush (100% opacity, 12% flow), Photoshop CS2, photoreference used.

So much for not doing any art, huh? I'm kind of satisfied with the painting job. It could be waaayyy better, yes. But I'm usually a really slow painter, so for one hour, that's pretty good for me. It's a shame the proportions are kind of wacked... Should have paid more attention to the reference.

[url=http://www.atheisticfaith.com/sketches/so-much-i-never-said.png[/url]Here it is, full sized, because the messiness doesn't quite come across in the small pic above, and the messiness is sexy. Kinda... But not really.

I wish I could build a car. My dad got all excited when I asked him if I could have his old electronic scraps (including a broken car radio), and then he found out I was making jewelry and mixed-media paintings HE was fine with it, though.

I take it that you got one of the free random one week subscription, right?

When that subscription expires, your account is reverted back to a regular one.
