A) No more than I wonder why anything else freezes. In 8th grade science class I got to freeze a banana with frozen CO2 ("dry ice") and then used the banana to pound nails into a 2x4. That was fun! Then the teacher froze grapes and when he dropped them from shoulder height they shattered like glass on the floor. COOL!!!
