For some people its a hard transition, its not easy to all of a sudden eat entirely new things. For myself when I went vegetarian I was still living with my mom and she had no idea as to what to feed me (and we had a ten year old computer on dial up, googling this shit wasn't an option), so I ate a lot of veggie burgers and tofu dogs, and my mom only boiled veggies so I didn't like them much. Now that its been years though and I know how to properly cook its pretty much only if someone wants to cook me something but I'm afraid they're just going to boil veggies and call it a dinner.
For the double down, I think that its by far more just for the hell of it, as the article says its too ridiculous an idea to hate.

God I haven't had that in ages. My children's cereal of choice is either Peanut Butter Panda Puffs or Leapin' Lemers. Uh, it has info on the back of the boxes about endangered species. I haven't tried Gorilla Munch yet since there's no alliteration.

Best. Food. Post. Ever!
Now I want to try Peanut Butter Panda Puffs and Leapin' Lemers. Must be a Newfie or Canada thing ... I don't expect I'll see them in any stores in Texas. I bet I could find Armadillo Attack cereal though, with info on hunting laws and gun specs on the box.
I'd try the other one if they called it something like Gorilla Granola Munch.

Its not a Newfie thing, although I suspect Puffin Puffs are. Leapin' Lemers and Peanut Butter Panda Puffs are made by Nature's Path which from what I find find is an American company, if its around it'll probably be in a health food store or something (I always find it in the "natural foods" section. Because everything else in the store isn't natural?)

I'm always amused by that "natural" label on foods ... after all, strychnine and arsenic are natural.

Mmm, Subway Meatball sub with black olives. Yah, it seems as though it's a fantasy, but it's real.

Because vegans never said they didn't like the taste of meat, they just said they wouldn't eat it...??
I feel like that question was dumb enough that you must have posted in the hopes of agitating non meat-eaters.

I had pancakes for supper (I had cravings and I just can't get up in time for breakfast, which is sad, breakfast is my specialty.) and I had wild blueberry syrup for the first time. It was so amazing and so sickening at the same time.

I love food. I'm a goff, and I don't drink blood lol.
I love everything about food, I used to work for a recipe website and I was drooling on the pictures.
I come from Greece and I live in Sweden so me and my bf we often do cross-kitchen experiments

Trying to cook with only one pot (no pans) and no microwave is interesting, thankfully most of the kitchen should be on its way right now so there will be something to work with when I get home from work.
