I just found the most excellent fenced dog park, with bone shaped swimming holes, shaded benches, walking trails, water fountains, dog showers and an agility course! Yeehaa! I'm gonna teach my little beastie to catch a frisbee yet!

I came second in a competition . Since I usually never come anywhere close to that in any competition I enter, I'm extremely pleased. But even better, the
guy running it has upped the prize for second place so it's the same as first
Which means I will be getting a bound journal, with a red leather cover with my design entry on it! The guy running the competition does leatherwork, stamping and tooling ect, and wanted designs for the cover. It had to include either ( or all 3 ) a Pentagram, Ankh or Valknut, plus anything else to fill in the blank spaces .
This is my entry, I'll be so pleased to see it on my very own book!

Here's another couple of great TFLN's:
[219] - My uncles bleeding, my brother has a black eye and my moms topless in the pool... How was your family cookout?
[860] - letting you know, as a good neighbor, that when your windows open and your shade is up we can hear and see you dancing naked to money maker... nice boobs
[702] - Anytime you have a hot, flirty, married woman that wants to ride you like a horse and slap your ass, you've got to do it.
[1-702] - Yeah, but four times?
[949] - The dentist just giggled when he accidentally shot water across my face, I can sense how he treats women.
[+49] - Our relationship just reached the stage where i can touch her boobs while making a honking noise without getting hit in the face
[301] - dude,it's memorial day.not getting wasted=you're a terrorist
Dayummmmm! ... who are these people?!? LMAO!

They make me laugh. I still can't touch my Mister's boobs while making a honking noise without getting hit in the face. Guess our relationship just isn't there yet.
My day is made by the decision that me and my Mister are going to Sonisphere festival. Rammstein are headlining. Just. Yes.

I often see too much of myself in some of the texts on TFLN.

Jack, I thought the "honking" one meant you had traveled to Germany! LOL!

I couoldn't get that one shoulder dress I posted in the what have you bought thread, doesn't come in my size as I found out when I tried to order it. Biggest that colour goes to is a 14 and I'm a 16.
But after a mad search I have fianlly found another dress today ( in an actual shop not online so I could also try it on ) and it's nice enough so I'm pleased about that.
It's deep navy chiffon, kind of a wrap style but it doesn't actually "wrap" as it's sewn into place, and has a diamnte strip where it joins so it's got a wee bit of sparkle, and the shoulders/straps are gathered chiffon in that grecian style . I'll wear that with my black patent 5 inch heels. I'm still debating on tights though...

For real? Sick, congratulations.
I argued with my girlfriend that Israel was legitimate without even getting a bit angry, and clearly won at the same time.

Chic-fil-a restaurants are rolling out a new Spicy Chicken Sandwich on Monday (the first new sandwich they've introduced since 1989) and as a promotional offer they advertised that a limited number of people could go on their website and sign up for a reservation to try the new sandwich for free.
So my SO and I signed up, and selected a time for mid-afternoon today at the nearest location. The store manager sent us each an email with our invites, which we were instructed to print and bring with us to the restaurant.
When we went there today, we were greeted, graciously led to an area with special table-cloth topped settings and our order was taken. Not only did we get the free sandwich (which was pretty spicy but very tasty) but our choice of beverages (with refills), fries or an alternate side (who doesn't like their waffle fries?) and our choice of deserts, all on the house. We were waited on courteously and asked our opinions about the sandwich and the service several times. I walked out stuffed and very happy. But Chic-fil-a has always been a model of great service.
It was an exceptional experience for a fast food place, and I'm still a little surprised at the lengths they went to just to get us to try a new sandwich. But it worked and I'm going to get another one of those suckers (paying for it this time) very soon.
So I looked at their website and it looks like there may be some reservations still available. If there's a Chic-fil-a in your area, you should check the site out and see if you can get in for the free sandwich and meal.
It definitely made my day!

Played volleyball with my cool ass coworkers and a firefighting squad. Booze was involved, and lots of inappropriate jokes. It was a really good evening with smiles and high fives all around. Haven't had that much fun in a long time, and the "that's what she said" jokes didn't stop after the volleyball games, either.
