Confused junior member! HELP!

Being a junior member of the community and not knowing much, I've just discovered yet another thing. I don't know whether I've done it wrong or it's just the way it is. But I've recently tried to start a new thread under commentary and uhm... it refused. A notice appeared saying that I wasn't allowed to start one. Hmmn... This appeared strange to me, because when I started a thread here (General) it didn't give me a problem nor under introductions. Could the older members please enlighten me on this.

Only some members can start threads under that section as it is meant as a way for gnet to get feedback on the stuff that they do outside of the boards. What did you want to start a thread about? Maybe we could find another section that it could be appropriately posted under.
