How's this, Aetheling?

You're onto me! I have the most piss-poor computer that you could imagine. I'll be lucky if it even powers up tomorrow.
And yes, Angelic, that colour is quite a bit better.

Actually I told him my height and weight not too long ago.Though not that I think about it I might actually be 5'9". I've never been very good with remembering my height.

Envy, I haven't had a chance to go swimming yet.
And by "swimming" I mean hanging out in the shallow end trying to look cool, since I can't swim. Or have someone try to teach me, which is always good for a laugh.

Better question have you been intelligently thrown into deep water and forced to swim? Funny how when your a child it's "swimming lessons" but when you an adult it's "asault" or "reckless endangerment" at the very least.

Nope, couldn't be thrown into the deep water because I had tubes implanted in my ears as a kid and I wasn't allowed to have my head underwater because it would flush them out.
As an adult I had a lesson from a friend who's a certified lifeguard, and I could sort of stay above water for a few seconds by the time she was done with me >.> other friends have tried and haven't had any more luck.

Swimming is just one of those things that has to kinda click into your system...you might just need more time in a pool. The only thing that's keeping you from swimming like a fish is that you're scared of drowning...the more you're in the water the more secure you'll feel with it... which will in turn allow you to have more confidence to just go for it.

All I have is a lake, a very dirty lake where if you try to swim you either step on glass, a lost shoe, or a human limb.

I miss home sometimes, we had a pond that was nice for swimming/standing around looking cool, but when you go swimming in the ponds around here chances are you'll get an UTI >.<

Actually some parts of it are rather nice to go swimming in, you just have to go on the other side of Harpers Ferry, which is a bit of a drive.
Saya learning to swim as an adult is a totally different ball game than learning to swim as a kid, you need to be taught a different way and it takes a whole lot longer.

Last time someone tried to teach me I panicked and grabbed her tits when she let me go. I don't think anyone's going to try and teach me anymore.
