Mexican Drug Cartel Sends Death Threats to Arizona County Sheriff

CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, a strong supporter of Arizona’s new immigration law, is receiving threats against his life.

He’s been very outspoken about the need to secure the borders, and the topic is a controversial one.

Outside law enforcements have been brought in to investigate the threats and have found them credible.

Chief Deputy Steve Henry said some of the threats come from the Mexican mafia and drug cartel members.

Sheriff Babeu declined personal security detail. He decided not to request funding for security detail at this time, because the county resources are already stretched.

Gulf Coast now a BP police state as law enforcement conspires with BP to intimidate journalists

Normally I would open this article by explaining this is the story the mainstream media won’t dare report. Except in this case, they are reporting it. It’s right on CNN, on the Anderson Cooper “360″ report.

What happened is that Lance Rosenfield, a photographer working for ProPublica (http://www.propublica.org), was standing on a public road, taking photos of a BP refinery in full public view. After taking his photos, he was tailed by local law enforcement officials to a gas station, where they demanded to look at the photos he had just taken. A private BP security goon then showed up at the scene, and an official from the Department of Homeland Security soon arrived and began to intimidate Lance.

With his wits about him (and some basic knowledge of the Bill of Rights), Lance at first refused to show his photographs to local law enforcement. They threatened to detain him (probably under the Patriot Act) if he didn’t, so he gave in and let them see the photos. Later, when private BP security personnel asked for Lance’s personal information, he refused to give it to them. So — get this — the police turned over his private information to the BP security goon!

As Lance explained on CNN:

“The BP — the BP security guard showed up at that point and asked me for my personal information, and I declined, because he’s a corporate security guard. And he turned to the police officer, who then turned over all my personal information. And I protested. I said I didn’t understand under what legal — what legal grounds he was able to give him my personal information.”

The reporter, O’Brien, then asks him: “So, when you asked him, what did he say?

Lance replies, “He didn’t give an answer. He said, well, we can — we’re going to do it anyway, whether you like it or not. And we can call our Homeland Security officer, Tom Robison, to come down here and explain it. But, you know, this is what I’m going to do anyway. And he didn’t give me an answer. And then he did call Tom Robison. …this Homeland Security officer came, Tom Robison, it seemed like his only point of being there was to intimidate me.”

And of course, Lance Rosenfield is right: They are there to intimidate people. Local law enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security are now all working for British Petroleum!

Why this matters

This is scary stuff, folks. Now we have a police state in America. No one can deny it. You can’t argue the point anymore. It is documented fact, and it’s happening right now in the Gulf Coast.

If you pick up a professional camera and start snapping photos of a BP refinery, or a BP cleanup vessel, or a beach with an oil boom on it, you risk being followed, detained, questioned and intimidated. And if you don’t surrender your own rights and consent to an illegal search of your photos or film footage, you will be hauled into a federal holding facility and held by the Department of Homeland Security until they feel like letting you go.

Your rights as a free citizen have now been obliterated. America is now a fascist corporatocracy that answers to the financial interests of the corporations — at the expense of the freedoms of the People.

What’s really scary about this is that BP is a British corporation that is now controlling American law enforcement officials.

Didn’t we fight a war to get rid of a British police state once already? Didn’t we declare our independence from British rule a couple hundred years ago? Why are our public streets, beaches and oceans now ruled once again by a conniving, dishonest and downright ominous British corporate giant that has apparently gained control over our local law enforcement officials?

And if this is tolerated, how far will this go? Will BP soon set up roadblocks and checkpoints on public highways to search private vehicles for digital photos and video footage? Can BP’s private security goons arrest and detain you even if you’re on public property? (Apparently they can…)

Obama Commits Act of High Treason; Sides with Foreign Power Against Arizona

In his latest You Tube address, Alex Jones examines the factors leading towards the Obama Administration’s pending lawsuit against Arizona’s controversial immigration laws, an act of treason under the 11th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which bars the suing of states under certain circumstances.

Above all, Alex Jones makes the case that Barack Obama and his cohorts have avoided key duties demanded by the Constitution, including defending the border, while engaging in a multitude of illicit activities specifically barred by the Constitution.

Why President Obama would ignore the popular outcry to control the border and rally against Arizona with allies including Mexican President Felipe Calderon makes little sense until put in context with the fact that he intends to ram through historically unpopular amnesty legislation. Outrageously, Arizona Senator Jon Kyl (R) claims that Obama told him privately that, in essence, an open border was a point of leverage on the amnesty issue:

“If we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform,” Sen. Kyl quoted President Obama as stating.

Kyl recounted the story to a room of concerned supporters, further characterizing the President’s position as “holding hostage” the border issue to help push the amnesty package. This despite political uproar in Arizona, increased border violence, increased threats to Sheriffs and other law enforcement in border areas, and the closing of many state parks and other areas on the border considered too dangerous to allow Americans into.

NORTH AMERICAN UNION AGENDA

At the same time, efforts to integrate North America under the Security & Prosperity Partnership and other related agreements have continued to undermine national sovereignty in general, and the 9th & 10th Amendment sovereignty of states like Arizona in particular. The SPP was first established by Presidents George W. Bush, Vicente Fox and PM Paul Martin, then continued by Presidents Barack Obama, Felipe Calderon and PM Stephen Harper. Calderon has been particularly duplicitous in this regard– he bellowed about the ’strict’ immigration laws established by Arizona (despite Mexico’s stricter laws) and further restated Mexico’s ‘claim to stolen land.‘

If this were truly his concern, why then would he simultaneously embrace continental integration by participating in the SPP?

This globalist partnership– pursued “by stealth” and without the knowledge or consent of the American, Canadian or Mexican peoples– is indeed a treasonous collaboration with foreign powers, and very much in the spirit of that which the 11th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, passed in 1795, intended to prevent and punish.

DRUG WAR COMPLICITY

Though the social cost of illegal immigrants is often the focus of unrest over the unsecured Mexican-U.S. border, it is the increasingly violent Mexican drug gangs who pose perhaps the greatest threat. Already, the Mexican government has been displaced by drug cartel control. Headless bodies, kidnapping and murders have now become rampant, not only on the Mexican side of the border, but on the U.S. side as well. This alone is reason to take border security very serious.

Yet President Obama and his ilk refuse to do what is necessary.

More outrageously, a recent Bloomberg report revealed that major U.S. banks have knowingly financed Mexican drug cartels and facilitated money laundering without taking any action to stop it. Putting this together with refusal to protect the border paints a clear picture.

Still worse are revelations and even open admissions that U.S. troops in Afghanistan are not eradicating opium crops, but growing, guarding & “tolerating” them. Those drugs are being shipped into the United States and other Western powers, along with Russia, without any concerted attempt to stop their flow. Indeed, suppressed history like Gary Webb’s Dark Alliance and other revelations from the Iran-Contra Affair, Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia and beyond all point to the sad fact that those in power in the United States, including the CIA, have driven the drug trade, not slowed or stopped it.

And yet, the Drug War continues, and in its final phase, preys upon the American people, searching and monitoring them, and finalizing imprisoning and punishing its users. Through the prison industrial complex, the system profits upon victimized addicts of the drug trade while doing nothing to end Wall Street money laundering or cross-border smuggling operations. Now, it has been announced in New York that National Guard will patrol American neighborhoods for the purpose of drug interdiction.

Not only is the use of military on American soil a violation of Posse Comitatus, but it is a symbol of the ultimate hypocrisy and treason that has been committed by America’s globalist leaders for many years now.

Relief payments get slashed if fishermen refuse to work for BP

Any relief payment plan established in the wake of the worst environmental accident ever was bound to have its flaws, but this goes to a whole new level of wrong.

According to Gulf resident Kindra Arnesen, who turned whistleblower and full-time activist when she saw how many people were put out of work by the spill, BP will deduct money from individual payments on claims for lost income if the claimant refuses to work in assisting the spill response.

Reading from a letter she’d received from BP, Arnesen quoted the company’s line:

“BP will continue its efforts to pay legitimate claims for losses incurred due to the Deepwater Horizon incident. However, federal law clearly provides for adjustments for all income resulting from the incident, all income from alternative employment or businesses undertaken [...] and potential income from alternative employment or businesses not undertaken but reasonably available.”

In other words, if you are a fisherman who was put out of work by BP and you do not elect to work in their employ, but you still file a claim for losses over the Deepwater Horizon disaster, that claim could be significantly less than the actual damages incurred.

Obama to Make Recess Appointment of Health Care Rationing Advocate

With Congress officially on recess, President Obama will on Wednesday use his ability to make recess appointments to name one of his more controversial nominees: Donald Berwick, nominee to be Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

The April nomination of Berwick — president and chief executive officer of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement — was in trouble and might not have been able to meet Senate confirmation due to comments Berwick made in the past about rationing health care. Even if Berwick could have been confirmed by the Senate, Democrats have little appetite for another round of fighting about changes to the health care system, Democrats said.

In an interview last year with Biotechnology Healthcare, Berwick said society makes decisions about rationing all the time, and that the “decision is not whether or not we will ration care — the decision is whether we will ration with our eyes open. And right now, we are doing it blindly.”

NY National Guard Involved In Mass Arrests Of U.S. Citizens

It has emerged that the New York National Guard is assisting in the arrests of thousands of American citizens as part of the “drug war,” while at the same time the U.S. government itself orders troops in Afghanistan to guard the poppy fields as heroin floods American streets, in yet another shining example of how the United States is under a state of de facto martial law.

Yesterday we reported on how the New York National Guard is working with local law enforcement authorities to perform sophisticated scans of vehicles entering the New York area looking for guns and drugs, a program celebrated by local new station Fox 23, who today ran a part two on the Guard’s activities in the region.

The news clip lauds the fact that the National Guard are conducting surveillance flights over the area “looking for marijuana” using infrared cameras.

“The New York National Guard assisted in more than 2,000 arrests last year, and had almost $150 million in drug, property, and weapon seizures,” states the report.

The entire justification behind the use of National Guard units in scanning vehicles, making arrests, and going into schools to brainwash kids into thinking its normal to have men in military fatigues toting machine guns walking around American streets providing “security” is that they are keeping drugs off the streets.

But while military assets are being used to track down pot-smoking teenagers in New York, the U.S. government itself is ordering troops in Afghanistan to guard the poppy fields, allowing tons of heroin to flood onto American streets. Opium production has exploded since the invasion of Afghanistan, as the CIA regains control of a much cherished source for its global narcotics trafficking operations.

Gary Webb’s Dark Alliance and other revelations from the Iran-Contra Affair, Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia and beyond all point to the sad fact that those in power in the United States, including the CIA, have driven the drug trade, not slowed or stopped it.

Indeed, in September 2008 it emerged that a Gulfstream II private jet that crash-landed in eastern Mexico carrying 3.3 tons of cocaine had previously been used for CIA “rendition” flights.

The use of National Guard units in arresting American citizens and patrolling the streets is part of the acclimation process to make Americans accept the sight of military assets engaging in domestic law enforcement as a routine occurrence. In rolling out this program under the pretext of the war on drugs, authorities are attempting to perform a slick end run around Posse Comitatus, which would normally make it illegal for the military to conduct such operations.

In the past, scenes of troops ordering citizens around were widely denounced as being characteristic of an authoritarian, backward, dictatorial country under a state of martial law. America was seen as the leading light of the world because its people were free from this tyranny. Now that American is under a de facto state of martial law, such scenes are becoming commonplace.

The fact that many of these Guard troops are returning from Afghanistan and Iraq, where they are part of an occupying force trained to round up and detain the host population in prison camps for the most minor of infractions is also a shocking facet to this story.

As we highlighted yesterday, National Guard units are now being deployed for things like traffic control in places like Kingman Arizona, and providing security at sports events like the Kentucky Derby.

As we reported in 2008, U.S. troops returning from Iraq are now occupying America, running checkpoints and training to deal with “civil unrest and crowd control” under the auspices of a Northcom program that by 2011 will have no less than 20,000 active duty troops deployed inside America to “help” state and local officials during times of emergency.

We have documented numerous instances of troops and National Guard personnel being used to perform law enforcement duties which are transparently outside the purview of the Guard’s supposed role to respond to national emergencies and therefore completely illegal.

In January 2009, soldiers from the Lynchburg-based 1st Battalion, 116th Brigade Combat Team, were used to conduct personal searches at checkpoints in Washington DC for the inauguration of Barack Obama.

In March of that same year, we reported on U.S. Army troops dispatched to patrol the streets of Samson, Alabama, after a murder spree.

On April 6, we reported on a DHS, federal, state, Air Force, and local law enforcement checkpoint in Tennessee. On April 3, Infowars was instrumental in the cancellation of a seatbelt checkpoint that was to be conducted in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security and the 251st Military Police in Bolivar, Tennessee.

In December 2008, we reported on the Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center dispatching troops to work with police on checkpoints in in San Bernardino County, California.

On April 22 2009, we reported the deployment of 400 National Guard Combat Support Battalion troops to “maintain public order” at the Boston Marathon.

In June 2008, Infowars posted an article by D. H. Williams of the Daily Newscaster reporting the deployment of 2,300 Marines in the city of Indianapolis under the direction of FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.

We also reported a story on April 22 2009 covering the assault of a local television news team by an irate police officer in El Paso, Texas. A video taken by the news videographer shows uniformed soldiers working with police officers at the scene of a car accident.

If we accept the seamless integration of troops into law enforcement then America as the “land of the free” will cease to exist for good, to be replaced by an oppressive Sovietized police state with an overlay of 21st century technology designed to monitor and control our every movement. This is only made more alarming by the fact that the National Guard are now training with foreign troops to take on American “terrorists” as part of this integration process.

Academics, Politicians: Pending Global Treaty Threatens Free Internet, Fundamental Rights

ACTA: Flagship of the growing internet censorship armada

Over 90 academics, practitioners and public interest organizations from six continents have collectively warned that a secretive global treaty, currently being negotiated by governments of the world’s largest economies would see tight controls placed on the internet and would threaten other fundamental rights and freedoms.

The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) has received fleeting public attention, yet it has been quietly evolving for a number of years.

On it’s face ACTA is described as a countermeasure directed at the rise of counterfeit goods, medicines and pirated copyright protected material, including “piracy over the Internet”.

If officially ratified, however, ACTA would mark the formation of a major new global legal infrastructure with relation to standards on intellectual property rights enforcement.

It would also see the formation of an international governing body to oversee implementation of the agreement. That body would operate beyond the jurisdiction of national governments and even beyond that of the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) or the United Nations.

ACTA would effectively challenge already defined national court precedents regarding consumer rights and “fair use” laws and could fundamentally alter or remove limitations altogether on the application of intellectual property laws.

The US, along with all the countries of the European Union as well as Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a handful of other countries, have been involved in the ACTA negotiations since 2006.

Leaked drafts of the agreement in 2008, 2009 and most recently in April 2010 have raised concern over the legal scope of the proposed treaty. The secrecy surrounding the negotiations has also prompted further worry over the draconian provisions within the agreement. The Electronic Frontier Foundation, along with other notable watchdog organisations, have called for more transparency on ACTA.

A group of international experts was convened last month by the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property at The American University Washington College of Law to debate the proposed treaty. The group later released a communique that makes worrying reading.

“ACTA is the predictably deficient product of a deeply flawed process.” The statement reads. “What started as a relatively simple proposal to coordinate customs enforcement has transformed into a sweeping and complex new international intellectual property and internet regulation with grave consequences for the global economy and governments’ ability to promote and protect the public interest.”

The communique bullet points the following four key conclusions:

* Negotiators claim ACTA will not interfere with citizens’ fundamental rights and liberties; it will.
* They claim ACTA is consistent with the WTO Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS); it is not.
* They claim ACTA will not increase border searches or interfere with cross-border transit of legitimate generic medicines; it will.
* And they claim that ACTA does not require “graduated response” disconnections of people from the internet; however, the agreement strongly encourages such policies.

Those who endorsed the statement include professors from leading universities across the globe and several European members of parliament who have formed a working group on ACTA.

The group identified at least seven critical areas of global public policy in which ACTA is hostile to the public interest. They define these as:

“fundamental rights and freedoms; internet governance; access to medicines; scope and nature of intellectual property law; international trade; international law and institutions; and democratic process.”

With specific reference to internet governance, the group says ACTA would:

* Encourage internet service providers to police the activities of internet users by holding internet providers responsible for the actions of subscribers, conditioning safe harbors on adopting policing policies, and by requiring parties to encourage cooperation between service providers and rights holders;
* Encourage this surveillance, and the potential for punitive disconnections by private actors, without adequate court oversight or due process;
* Globalize ‘anti-circumvention’ provisions which threaten innovation, competition, free (freedom-respecting) software, open access business models, interoperability, the enjoyment of user rights, and user choice;

Internet law professor Michael Geist has previously spoken out against ACTA, noting that

“The provisions would pave the way for a globalized three-strikes and you’re out system,” referring to a proposal within the treaty to have internet service providers cut off service – without access to a trial or counsel – to anyone accused at least three times of illegally sharing copyrighted material.

Geist has also noted that “offenders” could even be imprisoned for sharing copyrighted material.

The three strikes policy mirrors that contained within the recently passed Digital Economy Bill in the UK, with similar provisions also outlined in Australian legislation, indicating that ACTA negotiations may also be driving national government policy on internet regulation proposals.

“The US government appears to be pushing for Three Strikes to be part of the new global IP enforcement regime which ACTA is intended to create…” Gwen Hinze at the Electronic Frontier Foundation has previously noted. “…despite the fact that it has been categorically rejected by the European Parliament and by national policymakers in several ACTA negotiating countries, and has never been proposed by US legislators,”.

The agreement would also force internet service providers to crack down on sites that offer file sharing and peer to peer software, even though those sites may be entirely legitimate. ACTA could even see popular Web sites like YouTube and Flickr shut down because of a provision in the treaty that would force them to monitor everything uploaded to the site for copyright violations.

The upshot is that all current and future innovations that allow knowledge and information to be distributed on a mass scale are directly threatened by ACTA simply because it presumes such technology will be used by a minority to distribute material that is deemed copyrighted.

ACTA represents another huge warship in an armada directing it’s guns at the free internet. We have previously highlighted countless similar legislative programs that have either been enacted or are working their way into law in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Britain, and many other European countries.

In addition, ACTA is so much more than an internet censorship bill, it covers physical goods and even medicines, while systematically re-writing previously established laws on trade and intellectual property.

As I have previously noted, Corexit is toxic, is less effective than other dispersants, and is actually worsening the damage caused by the oil spill.

Now, two toxicologists are saying that Corexit is much more harmful to human health and marine life than we’ve been told.

Specifically Gulf toxicologist Dr. Susan Shaw – Founder and Director of the Marine Environmental Research Institute – dove into the oil spill to examine the chemicals present.

Dr. Shaw told CNN:

If I can tell you what happens — because I was in the oil — to people…

Shrimpers throwing their nets into water… [then] water from the nets splashed on his skin. …

[He experienced a] headache that lasted 3 weeks… heart palpitations… muscle spasms… bleeding from the rectum…

And that’s what that Corexit does, it ruptures red blood cells, causes internal bleeding, and liver and kidney damage. …

This stuff is so toxic combined… not the oil or dispersants alone. …

Very, very toxic and goes right through skin.

The reason this is so toxic is because of these solvents [from dispersant] that penetrate the skin of anything that’s going through the dispersed oil takes the oil into the cells — takes the oil into the organs… and this stuff is toxic to every organ system in the body. …

Similarly, marine biologist and toxicologist Dr. Chris Pincetich – who has an extensive background in testing the affects of chemicals on fish – says that Corexit disrupts cell membranes.

He also explains that EPA toxicity testing for Corexit is woefully inadequate, since EPA testing for mortality usually only requires a 96-hour time frame. His doctoral research found that fish that were alive at 96 hours after exposure to pesticide were dead at two weeks, so the chemicals were considered non-lethal for the purposes of the test.

Drs. Shaw and Pincetich are wildlife conservationists. But even industry scientists working for Exxon and the manufacturer of Corexit itself admit that the stuff is toxic.

Obama’s Summer of Misery and Hardship Tour Hits the Road

Let’s put Lindsay Lohan’s fear of jail aside for a moment and turn to Obama’s Summer Recovery Tour 2010. Obama’s apparatchiks “will fan out across the country over the next few days to spread the message to voters about how effective their $787 billion recovery plan has been,” The Hill reported earlier this week. “Obama and the White House take comfort the economy is moving in the right direction. They point out that the economy has added jobs in six of the last seven months and stress that when Obama took office the economy was losing 750,000 jobs a month.”

Has it really? Less than a month ago Joe Bite Me said jobs have gone away and they are never coming back. Biden said “there’s no possibility to restore 8 million jobs lost in the Great Recession” and folks should get used to it. “We inherited a godawful mess,” he said and glibly added that there was “no way to regenerate $3 trillion that was lost. Not misplaced, lost.”

It wasn’t lost and Joe knows it. It was stolen. Trillions went directly to the banksters. They defiantly refused to tell Congress and the American people where it all went. In December of 2008, as the engineered Greatest Depression was gaining steam, the Federal Reserve refused a request by Bloomberg News to disclose the recipients of more than $2 trillion of “emergency loans” billed to future generations of American debt slaves.

In July of 2009, Fed mob boss Ben “Helicopter” Bernanke was grilled about this money disappearing act by Congressman Alan Grayson. Asked which European financial institutions received the money, which was handed out by The Federal Open Market Committee, a component of the Federal Reserve System, Bernanke responded, “I don’t know.”

Ben and Bite Me know where they money went. Well, maybe Bite Me doesn’t but Helicopter Ben sure does. It went into a black hole owned and operated by international bankers.

So, what about Joe’s commentary on lost jobs? It does not square up with Obama’s road tour rhetoric. A couple weeks ago the White House put out a Recovery and Reinvestment Act update claiming that between 2.2 million and 2.8 million jobs were either saved or created because of the stimulus as of March 2010. But even Obama’s wonks can’t seem to get the numbers right. Mostly because they make this stuff up as they go along.

Speaking at a trucking company outside Washington on June 4, Obama embraced the Labor Department’s new employment figures. Obama said the addition of 431,000 new jobs the previous month shows “the economy is getting stronger by the day.” But there is a big problem with this — most of the jobs cited by the anointed one were created by the Census Bureau and they are temporary.

It is all smoke and mirrors and like the Lindsay Lohan media circus designed to distract you. “Putting true numbers to the economic crisis is difficult because the government issues more flattering numbers than what the real America experiences,” writes Bill Sardi. “The Bureau of Labor Statistics says unemployment is around 15 million, or 9.7% of the workforce, but in reality, government numbers only reflect the short time period when people have recently been laid off of work and are seeking jobs or applying for unemployment.”

In fact, the real unemployment rate is around 21.7%, only a couple points off the level during the last engineered Great Depression. Add to this the sharpest decline in the M3 money supply since the 1930s banking crisis and you have all the ingredients for compounded misery and hardship, not only for the unemployed but for most of us.
Oh, and we should not ignore the fact the Dow Jones Industrial Average is repeating a pattern that appeared just before markets fell during the first scientifically created Great Depression. “Those who don’t remember history are doomed to repeat it,” Daryl Guppy, CEO at Guppytraders.com, told CNBC earlier this week. “There was a head and shoulders pattern that developed before the Depression in 1929, then with the recovery in 1930 we had another head and shoulders pattern that preceded a fall in the market, and in the current Dow situation we see an exact repeat of that environment.”

“Ee-gads! By two measures the economy is sinking, not growing. The stock market could tumble downward beyond belief, and all the pension plans, mutual funds and 401(k) plans with it,” warns Sardi. The first measure is a complete lack of economic growth as reflected by the GDP. If the GDP declines significantly two quarters in a row says Peter Morici of The Street, it will be gone for good. “Unemployment would rise into the teens, and the economy would sink into a depression — a deep and painful slump from which it cannot soon recover,” he writes.

Fraudulent banking, lending and hedging schemes brought us to where we are now, confronting the abyss. The corporate media likes to say it was the fault of greedy investment bankers and a destructive Me Generation ethos running wild on Wall Street. Joe Bite Me and the Obamaites blame the Bush administration. It’s all a distraction. Or willful stupidity.

The Obama Road Show will not be able to paper over the obvious facts with feel-goodism propped up by cooked stats. A second bail-out is not in the works. “Governments may not be able to repeat such a bailout in the event of a second crisis,” warns Businessweek. The bankster bank — the Nazi-founded Bank of International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland — has warned the Bank of England that repeating a bailout in the UK may very well be impossible.
So, what to expect? Austerity. That’s why we are seeing a ramping up of the police state around the country and indeed around the world. It has nothing to do with al-CA-duh or homegrown patsies or even hurricanes and the disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. It has to do with pushing back the coming food riots. It’s about stopping angry mobs from burning down the banks and lynching the criminal banksters. There is a reason the partners at Goldman Sachs are packing heat.

The NSA is not vacuuming up phone calls, emails, and web destinations at an unprecedented rate in order to monitor feeble protests against the forever war in Afghanistan. The government is drawing up digital profiles on the real threat — those of us opposed to one world government and the impending police state slave grid. The DHS does not give a hoot about a foundation funded Code Pink or even Anarchists on Bikes. It is worried about “rightwing extremists,” that is to say folks who are determined to return the nation to a constitutional republic, dismantle the Federal Reserve, and arrest and put on trial the criminal banksters and their minions.

The three ring circus featuring Lindsay Lohan and LeBron James will lose its ability to distract as more people are thrown out of work and off the government unemployment “insurance” teat. Obama’s Road Show may placate a few Democrats in the short run and provide fodder for the talking head teleprompter readers on MSNBC and CNN, but it will not hide the 800 pound gorilla in the room — a massive, unprecedented economic depression of the likes never witnessed before.

It’s the worst of times. America is plunging back into Depression. Only one out of every two Americans of working age has a job. Forty years ago that would have been okay. Dad went to the factory. Mom stayed at home to mind the kids. These days, just to keep the show on the road, mom and pop both work and the kids go to daycare.

Start looking for work now and on average it will take till next April for you to find something. Across the last two months, more than a million Americans simply gave up seeking employment, even as benefits are running out. Ironically, if you quit looking for work you count as officially “discouraged”, and don’t figure in the official unemployment stats, which is the only reason that number hasn’t shot up to record highs.

Somewhere near 10 million Americans without work aren’t getting any kind of cheque. One in every five children is living below the poverty line, sometimes by as much as 50 per cent – classed as “extreme poverty”. Across America, in state after state the till is empty. Barack Obama’s home state of Illinois is effectively bankrupt. So is California. Forty-six of the 50 states are buried under huge deficits...

The fact that Barack Obama is nothing more than a corporate sock puppet, a completely hollow vassal being used and manipulated by his globalist controllers to carry out their agenda, has once again been emphasized with the revelation that corporate media mogul and Bilderberg luminary Mortimer Zuckerman wrote one of Obama’s political speeches.

“Well I voted for Obama, I helped write one of his speeches,” Zuckerman told Fox News’ Neil Cavuto yesterday.

Asked which speech he helped write, Zuckerman responded, “I’d rather not go into that.”

Zuckerman is listed as the 147th wealthiest American. He is the owner and publisher of the New York Daily News and is also the current editor-in-chief of U.S. News & World Report.

Zuckerman is a regular attendee of the annual Bilderberg Group meetings and is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. As we reported at the time, Barack Obama was likely anointed by the Bilderbergers in favor of Hillary Clinton when the two secretly attended the globalist confab in northern Virginia in June 2008.

Zuckerman was identified by John Mearsheimer, political science professor at the University of Chicago, and Stephen Walt, academic dean of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, as a a member of the media wing of the “Israeli lobby” in the United States. Zuckerman responded to the charge by stating he was “proud” to be part of the Israeli lobby.

Mearsheimer and Walt’s work revealed that Zuckerman was part of “a vast network of journalists, think tanks, lobbyists, and largely Jewish officials” who “have seized the foreign policy debate and manipulated America to invade Iraq.”

The fact that one of the most powerful globalists in America helped write one of Obama’s political speeches goes to the heart of how Obama is, in the words of author John Pilger, “a corporate marketing creation,” who is being used by his controllers because of his race to act as a conduit for “seductive tools of propaganda” in selling the globalist agenda.

Obama’s rise to the White House was completely engineered by third parties pulling his strings from behind the scenes. Obama’s political career was launched from the living room of Communist revolutionary and domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, the man who wrote the majority of Obama’s acclaimed book, Dreams From My Father.

Obama is exalted and idolized by the media as a powerful icon of change, and yet he is perhaps the most servile and obedient stooge ever to take residence in the Oval Office. Obama knows who his masters are and he knows his job amounts to nothing more than employing his slick acting skills and being skilled in reading a teleprompter.

Obama’s complete fealty to the globalists who control him explains why the agenda for world government is racing ahead at lightening pace, and only through seeing he men behind the curtain who pull his strings can we ever come to grips with the real enemy.

Video: Woman Reports Prowler, Gets Repeatedly Tased By Cops

Two Georgia cops have lost their jobs after a video emerged of them macing and tasing a 57 year old woman who simply called to report a prowler outside her house.

Janice Wells of Richland says she feared someone was lurking outside her home on April 26 so she called the police.

What happened next was caught on the dashboard camera of the one of the police cars that arrived on the scene.

The video shows Ryan Smith of the Lumpkin Police Department and Tim Murphy of Richland Police Department attempting to force Wells into a cruiser by spraying her with mace and repeatedly shocking her with a stun gun.

As Wells screams “Don’t do that! Don’t do that!” the zapping noise of the taser can be heard over and over as one of the cops yells in a robotic fashion “get in the car, get in the car, get in the car”.

As Wells sobs and splutters “I didn’t do nuthin’” the cop shouts “you gonna get it again, you gonna get it again” before blasting her with another round of 50 thousand volts.

Eventually a neighbour emerges to calm the situation and a petrified Wells is finally placed in the squad car.

Officer Smith has resigned and officer Murphy was fired. Wells is taking legal action.

This is yet another example of how Tasers are nothing more than 21st century cattle prods for roid-head coward cops who are trained that the American people are their enemy.

The Taser is not a tool of law enforcement, it is a torture device employed to make the scum public follow orders given by their jackbooted masters.

Police have become so accustomed to employing tasers during routine calls that they now use them on people asking for their help and even on bed ridden grandmas and elderly women who pose no threat whatsoever.

Top Clinton Official: Only A Terror Attack Can Save Obama

A former senior advisor to President Bill Clinton says that the only thing which can rescue Barack Obama’s increasingly tenuous grip on power as his approval figures continue to plunge is a terror attack on the scale of Oklahoma City or 9/11, another startling reminder that such events only ever serve to benefit those in authority.

Buried in a Financial Times article about Obama’s “growing credibility crisis” and fears on behalf of Democrats that they could lose not only the White House but also the Senate to Republicans, Robert Shapiro makes it clear that Obama is relying on an October surprise in the form of a terror attack to rescue his presidency.

“The bottom line here is that Americans don’t believe in President Obama’s leadership,” said Shapiro, adding, “He has to find some way between now and November of demonstrating that he is a leader who can command confidence and, short of a 9/11 event or an Oklahoma City bombing, I can’t think of how he could do that.”

Shapiro’s veiled warning should not be dismissed lightly. He was undersecretary of commerce for economic affairs dung Clinton’s tenure in the Oval Office and also acted as principal economic adviser to Clinton in his 1991-1992 campaign. Shapiro is now Director of the Globalization Initiative of NDN and also Chair of the Climate Task Force. He is a prominent globalist who has attended numerous Bilderberg Group meetings over the past decade.

Shapiro is clearly communicating the necessity for a terror attack to be launched in order to give Obama the opportunity to unite the country around his agenda in the name of fighting terrorists, just as President Bush did in the aftermath of 9/11 when his approval ratings shot up from around 50% to well above 80%.

Similarly, Bill Clinton was able to extinguish an anti-incumbent rebellion which was brewing in the mid 1990’s by exploiting the OKC bombing to demonize his political enemies as right-wng extremists.As Jack Cashill points out, Clinton “descended on Oklahoma City with an approval rating in the low 40s and left town with a rating well above 50 and the Republican revolution buried in the rubble.”

Anti-incumbent fever is dominating the political climate once again, with establishment Democrats facing serious challenges from Tea Party candidates, people like Senate Democratic majority leader Harry Reid, who has a battle on his hands against Sharron Angle, a candidate the establishment media has attempted to demonize as a far-right extremist because she supports populist measures like removing sodium fluoride from water supplies and supports the Oath Keepers group, an organization centered around upholding states’ rights and the U.S. Constitution.

Only by exploiting a domestic terror attack which can be blamed on right-wing radicals can Obama hope to reverse the tide of anti-incumbency candidates that threaten to drastically dilute the power monopoly of establishment candidates from both major political parties in Washington.

As we highlighted yesterday, Shapiro is by no means the first to point out that terror attacks on U.S. soil and indeed anywhere in the world serve only to benefit those in positions of power.

CNN host Rick Sanchez admitted on his show this week that the deadly bombings in Uganda which killed 74 people were “helpful” to the military-industrial complex agenda to expand the war on terror into Africa.

During the latter years of the Bush presidency, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld mused with Pentagon top brass that shrinking Capitol Hill support for expanding the war on terror could be corrected with the aid of another terror attack.

Lt.-Col. Doug Delaney, chair of the war studies program at the Royal Military College in Kingston, Ontario, told the Toronto Star in July 2007 that “The key to bolstering Western resolve is another terrorist attack like 9/11 or the London transit bombings of two years ago.”

The same sentiment was also explicitly expressed in a 2005 GOP memo, which yearned for new attacks that would “validate” the President’s war on terror and “restore his image as a leader of the American people.”

In June 2007, the chairman of the Arkansas Republican Party Dennis Milligan said that there needed to be more attacks on American soil for President Bush to regain popular approval.

Given the fact that a terror attack on U.S. soil will only serve to rescue Barack Obama’s failing presidency, and will do absolutely nothing to further the aims of any so-called “right wing extremists” the attack is blamed on, who should we suspect as the masterminds behind any such acts of terror? Surely not Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s chief string puller, the son of an Israeli terrorist who helped bomb hotels and marketplaces, and the man who once said, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste….an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before.”

Undoubtedly, the first people we should suspect as culprits in the event of a domestic terror attack in the United States are the individuals Obama fronts for, globalists who are desperate to neutralize the growing success of grass-roots movements who have ridden a wave of rising resentment against big government as a means of obtaining real political power.

BUREAUCRATS are planning to encourage more new migrants to come to the EU despite *rising *levels of unemployment, it emerged last night.

Brussels officials are to simplify entry rules for workers heading to Europe to take up temporary *seasonal jobs in farming, tourism and other industries.

EU home affairs commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom said: “We need immigrant workers in order to secure our economic survival.”

She claimed more were needed to fill “labour shortages”.

America Stands On The Precipice Of Total Collapse

There can be little doubt that America, along with the west as a whole, is being set up for a total collapse in which life as we know it will be fundamentally altered and rebuilt around a collectivist model managed and controlled by the same criminals who engineered the crisis in the first place.

America has been targeted for an economic, military, and social coup de tat by globalists who know that to get people to accept a new way of life under the heel of the new world order requires that the pillars of everything they knew before are completely pulverized. Freedom, prosperity, and community have no place in a “post-industrial revolution,” and every assault on the living standards of American citizens is designed to infect and wither these ideals.

We are looking at a road warrior style collapse of society within two years if the entities that orchestrated the crisis are allowed to pose as saviors and institute their austerity fascism, carbon taxes, “green economy,” post-industrial revolution, and the evisceration of America’s first world status that will inevitably follow if such measures are allowed to pass.

The plan for America is to sink the country into chaos so that it can be swallowed whole and consumed as part of the march towards global government. The globalists want to do to America what they have done to the third world, by creating an underclass of impoverished and deprived citizens who are dependent on government for their every need.

Millions of Americans have been dumbed-down to the point where, as major newspapers announce that the country is heading into a third great depression, as unemployment soars, as police departments announce they will no longer be responding to crimes, and as infrastructure crumbles, the top story this afternoon on **********, the most heavily trafficked website in the country, was about how Brad Pitt had shaved off his beard.

Likewise, as society and the economy collapses around them, Americans are more concerned about protesting the decision of a basketball player to move to another team.
However, a growing number of grass-roots movements are now bringing people together under the banner of resentment against big government. This has led to political victories for anti-incumbent candidates who now seriously threaten to dilute the two-party power monopoly in Washington this November. This has led individuals close to Obama to openly invoke the need for a domestic terror attack as the only way to rescue his presidency and the wider collectivist agenda.

Globalists are in a race against time to completely destroy everything America stood for so that they can rebuild the country in their likeness. This is why central banks are now abandoning the U.S. dollar as part of the move towards a global union currency backed by a global central bank that will become the world reserve currency for the new world order.

This is why police departments are now announcing they they will no longer respond to a whole list of crimes including burglary. A certain level of lawlessness has to exist in order to justify the total police state lockdown that will inevitably ensue after widespread rioting begins to break out.

This is why crippling austerity measures are being rammed through even as income drops and jobs are lost. Basic services will skyrocket in price or be cut off completely as America is subjected to the “shock therapy” that has been inflicted on lesser nations as a way of gelding the people to accept sub-standard lives of squalor and dependence. Energy prices will soar after the disastrous “green economy” initiatives are implemented, while toll roads, Obamacare, and all manner of new consumption taxes will dry up whatever disposable income they have left.

The world government will be built from the ashes of the worldwide depression engineered by the financial terrorists who have set in motion a chain of events that only has one conclusion unless we are able to properly identify these globalists for who they are.

Anyone in a position of power who is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group or the Trilateral Commission is an enemy of America and needs to be stripped of their office, shorn of their influence and identified as a criminal working behind the scenes to bring about the end of the United States as a first world nation.

Only through exposure and a political drive to squeeze the influence and power of these individuals can we hope to lessen the impact of their nightmarish plans for America.

Cops May No Longer Respond to Crime in Oakland, California

Forget about police assistance in Oakland, California

“Oakland’s police chief is making some dire claims about what his force will and will not respond to if layoffs go as planned,” reports NBC Bay Area. “Chief Anthony Batts listed exactly 44 situations that his officers will no longer respond to and they include grand theft, burglary, car wrecks, identity theft and vandalism. He says if you live and Oakland and one of the above happens to you, you need to let police know on-line.”

In other words, if you live in the Bay area, you need to have a gun and plenty of ammunition. Because the cops just said they will no longer respond if criminals kick down your door. The bad guys no longer have anything to worry about.

Not that Oakland’s government wants you to protect yourself. In February, Oakland’s city council unanimously approved a measure requiring a thumbprint for all ammunition purchases. It also voted to enforce strict permit requirements for the sale of firearms and ammunition.

In California, you’re on your own. Not that cops ever had an interest in protecting the citizenry. Cops are increasingly nothing but organized and uniformed shakedown gangs. Generating revenue for cash-starved municipalities is Job One for many police departments. Cops are instructed to write tickets. Protecting the community comes is a distant second.

As society crumbles under the weight of the engineered economic depression, more and more police departments will follow Oakland’s example.

Best be locked and loaded if you don’t want to be a victim.

It is obvious to every human being in the world that something is wrong in America, where the fate of a sports star is given prime-time attention on national television, while the fate of criminal bankers on Wall Street goes unreported, unmentioned, undecided. If John F. Kennedy was alive he would probably tell Americans: Ask not what Lebron James can do for your city’s basketball team; ask what Wall Street has done to your city’s dreams and hopes.

Instead of a Kennedy, or an Andrew Jackson in the White House, who called the private banking establishment a “den of vipers,” there is a callous, fake, and devious politician that does not have any loyalty to his country, or any inkling of patriotism. He golfs with big banksters, and delivers speeches written by top elitists. The man is so emotionally shallow that he can’t articulate the nation’s anger and distress about the state of the economy without the use of a teleprompter. He isn’t just missing a beat; he’s missing the entire song. And even when he is able to stir some emotions by appealing to people’s distrust of Wall Street, his words are no more authentic than those that are written for a Hollywood film actor. What’s even more scandalous is that he is manipulating the little public support that he has for a corrupt globalist political agenda that he was groomed early on in his political career to carry out.

What else can be said about such a despicable liar as the current President of the United States? Is he aware of the magnitude of the fraud that he is perpetuating on the American people, and on mankind? Does he perceive what penalties lie ahead for him by continuing to insult the American people’s intelligence and sovereignty? Do the American people fully understand the implications of his lies about the wars in the Middle East, 9/11, Wall Street, and the new corporate order agenda? If they did, they should impeach him now. Right now.

Writer and historian Thomas Carlyle warned in his 1850 essay, “Stump-orator,” about men like Barack Obama, and other deceptive politicians, saying that they must not be followed, but exposed, and forever shamed. Carlyle:

“Alas, the palpable liar with his tongue does at least know that he is lying, and has or might have some faint vestige of remorse and chance of amendment; but the impalpable liar, whose tongue articulates mere accepted commonplaces, cants and babblement, which means only “Admire me, call me an excellent stump-orator!” –of him what hope is there? His thought, what thought he had, lies dormant, inspired only to invent vocables and plausibilities; while the tongue goes glib, the thought is absent, gone a-wool-gathering; getting itself drugged with the applausive ‘Hear, hear!” –what will become of such a man? His idle thought has run all to seed, and grown false and the giver of falsities; the inner light of his mind is gone out; all his light is mere putridity and phosphorescence henceforth. Whosoever is in quest of ruin, let him with assurance follow that man,” (Carlyle, Latter-Day Pamphlets, pg. 181).

How long will the world listen to anything that Obama says, or any other puppet lined up behind him who will continue the same agenda of permanent war, permanent spying by the sate, and permanent ownership of society by private banks and corporations? How long will you go along? How long will I?

Why aren’t there more individuals in the U.S. government like Thomas A. Drake and Sibel Edmonds? More talk show hosts on radio like Alex Jones? More journalists in the media like Russ Baker? More news anchors like Amy Goodman? More writers like Arthur Silber and Chris Floyd? More soldiers like Hugh Thompson, Jr.? The world needs bravery, and courage above everything else. Truth-tellers are the peacemakers. They are loyal to a higher authority, to human rights, to the rule of law. Obama, and the U.S. government have zero authority. Dissent against such a criminal state, and the corrupt politicians who serve it is not an act of unlawful rebellion, but an act of true citizenship; a reminder to petty tyrants that draconian laws will not be tolerated by free men and women.
In the book, “Crimes of Obedience: Toward A Social Psychology of Authority and Responsibility,” authors Herbert C. Kelman and V. Lee Hamilton emphasize the power to say no to state sanctioned criminality that every human being is born with. Following orders is not a valid excuse. Avoiding individual responsibility is cowardice. They write; “Crimes of obedience are a consequence of authority run amok. They become possible when individuals abandon personal responsibility for actions taken under superior orders, continuing to obey when they ought to be disobeying,” (Kelman & Hamilton, 1989, pg. 20).

For much of the book, Kelman and Hamilton focus on the breakdown of morality, and the human fear of state authority that had allowed the My Lai Massacre to take place, but at the very end they recount the hopeful story of a French village called Le Chambon that housed German and Eastern European Jews under Nazi rule...

Viral Internet Video: Woman Arrested at G20 for “Assaulting” Cop with Bubbles

A YouTube video of a woman blowing bubbles at Toronto Police officers during the G20 is getting world wide attention.

The video, called “Booked for Bubbles?” and posted by therealnews.com, includes one officer stating in no uncertain terms he’ll arrest Courtney Winkels if she keeps blowing bubbles at him and a fellow officer.

In the video posted on YouTube, the officer told Winkels, if the bubble touches him, she’ll be arrested for assault.

“Do you understand me?” he asked.

“Bubbles?” Winkels asked.

“Yes, that’s right, it’s a deliberate act on your behalf, I’m going to arrest you,” the cop replies. “You either knock it off with those bubbles. If you touch me with that bubble you’re going into custody.”

Alex Jones is on high-alert after someone managed to compromise the “ChangeDaChannel” You Tube account and criminally remove the most-viewed version of “The Obama Deception” available online, which had more than 6.5 million views and whose URL link ranked among the top of all “Obama” related searches.

The channel’s owner was tipped-off about the breach, and was subsequently able to change the password and prevent further deletions of Alex Jones and other patriot documentaries. Both he and members of the Infowars staff believe the video could have only been pulled from behind the scenes at Google or by a government-level cybersecurity admin with access to YouTube records, as the passwords were carefully guarded and unlikely to be guessed at.

The film, which has been attacked before, was censored at a critical time. Just one day before on Friday’s broadcast, Alex challenged activists to drive “Obama Deception” up in the search engines. Only a few hours later, Google trends rankings revealed that it was the #1 search term, above Lindsay Lohan, the BP Oil Spill or the death of George Steinbrenner. What’s more, the viewcount grew by nearly 100,000 in that same single day, demonstrating the accelerated attention the film has been receiving. Further, as a result of topping the online trends charts, dozens of fresh reviews in online papers and blogs were published, including Blue Star Chronicles, Mahoo News and Live Street Journal.

“This was a criminal act, and You Tube needs to investigate, track the IP and find out who did it,” Alex Jones said. “The Obama Deception was getting more and more popular, and the establishment doesn’t like the fact that it exposes the Left-Right paradigm and identifies Obama as a puppet,” he added.

Fighting back against the censorship of The Obama Deception and other patriot works is in your hands. Already, your hard work to promote and propagate this information has resulted in tremendous success. The Obama Deception has drawn fierce attacks since its release in March 2009– not only strong words attempting to discredit the powerful information the film puts forward, but in attempts to limit and block the film online. Nevertheless, an estimated 25 million have seen the film worldwide, thanks to hundreds of online versions and DVDs handed out by dedicated activists.

Even so, Google merchant and other shopping carts have blocked its sale after labeling the film as “anti,” “hate” or otherwise “inappropriate.” Before the film was even released, FBI officials asked suspiciously about the film during a visit to Alex’s office, where they attempted to gather information about the documentary, office employees and other information. Earlier in the film’s release, YouTube was caught fudging the viewcount and other statistics for the film. This past week, Alex Jones’ Facebook was blocked for displaying a “Gadsden flag”– a key icon of the Revolutionary War–which drew ire. The Obama Deception was taken down only a few months ago after a false copyright complaint blocked it for several weeks, but was later restored. Even a “Christian” version of YouTube has censored an upload of the film.

Images of President Obama as “the Joker” created a stir last year as well– and it was clear from interference that free speech did not apply to those holding signs with the image at rallies or putting up posters around town or on social networking sites.

21ST CENTURY THOUGHT POLICE: INTERNET CENSORSHIP ALERT

A cadre of White House Intelligensia as well as a new breed of “Cyber Security” at the Pentagon have taken it upon themselves to regulate the Internet, conform “free speech” to their gated-and-streamlined Internet 2 model and “offensively” take on offending web entities. This action has been boldly led by the likes of Senator Jay Rockefeller, who in support of cyber security bill, stated that it might have been “better if we’d never invented the Internet.” More dramatically, Joe Lieberman and others have called for Chinese-style censorship and enabling a “kill switch” at the behest of President Obama or his successors.

Further, a literal information war has been declared in the online space, a veritable frontier battleground for freedom in the 21st Century virtual world. CENTCOM announced its intention to “engage bloggers” and counter errors or “disinformation.” The Air Force has a similar operation, as does the Pentagon.

Likewise, Obama’s Information “Czar” Cass Sunstein outlined a report for the Journal of Political Philosophy recommending engagement on the part of the government to infiltrate conspiracy groups in order to undermine them via postings on chat rooms and social networks sites. Even more outrageously, he has envisioned a scheme to censor conspiracy theories or tax those who disseminate them. Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan has also advocated regulating political speech and even banning books.

The [email protected] program even asked supporters to identify “fishy” blogs or websites that might be promoting “disinformation” about health care or other aspects of the White House agenda. The same concept took place during the 2008 campaign where Missouri ran an add threatening to arrest critics who “told a lie” about Obama or promoted ‘disinformation’ such as claims that Obama was born in Kenya...
