What to do with baggy clothes

OK, so I lost a fair amount of weight over the last year. Thing is, now I have a closet full of black button ups, jeans, t-shirts, etc that are way too baggy to wear. I've never sewed before (unless you count buttons), so I don't really know what I could do with them. Any suggestions?

You could always take them to a tailor, it isn't free but it is much cheaper than buying new stuff.

Hm... I found that if I unbutton some of the shirts a bit, they poof out a bit less (though they poof out on the sides). If only I had a tie or a scarf or something that matched, because otherwise it looks a bit plain..
