Ok, Wtf...Yea That IS A Good Question. I Think The Judge Is Probably A Disgusting Pedophile Himself.

Because your serious post is fucking stupid.
"The judge has serious conservative issues; it must clearly and solely be because he's protecting his fellow p.edophiles, the world is THAT simple"

I Made A Statement, I Didn't Come Up With A Reason For His Actions.

You said you think the judge is a child molester himself because of his actions. Does that mean you think he is also a r.apist because of his actions in regards to the case the thread was originally started about?

I Did NOT Say That. I Said (Being A Bitch Towards The Sick Fuck) He Is Probably A Pedophile Himself. I Didn't Say "He IS" I Didn't Say "Because..." And I Didn't Give Any Reason...I Was Just Responding In Anger. I Was Name Calling.

You said he is probably one. Therefore implying that his actions in regards to that case are a direct result of the shared actions you proposed he MAY have with the defendant in that case.

Clearly, his actions should have been investigated, however, that does not mean that he himself is in any way unnaturally attracted to children himself. Saying so without any evidence to support such a theory, is a ridiculous and very immature response.

He is more than likely not a child molester. He has little experience with sexual assault cases. In one of the two he handled before he became a judge, he defended the United Church in a civil suit in which victims of reformation schools were holding the church responsible for the rrape that went on in those schools. Sounds to me like the only experience he has is to prove the victim wrong, no wonder his attitude is the way it is.

And his attitude is far from abnormal, but I don't think most people are **********.

There could be any number of reasons for the way he handled these cases. He could be deeply traumatized by such events and not know how to appropriately handle them for example. Any kind of case involving this kind of thing is a terrible thing to deal with, not only for the victims but also the people who have to hear it, look through the evidence and make a judgment based on it.

I should point out, I am in no way defending the judge for the decisions he reached in regards to either of these cases. I think his judgment was poor at best and the outcomes of both trials should be reviewed.

I have already stated above, I am NOT standing up for the judge in this case.

Then Why Are You Questioning Me Because I Simply Called Him A Name? I Think The Judge Is Disgusting. Therefore I Said What I Said In Anger. That...Is The Only Reason I Said That.

I am questioning why you think it's appropriate to call someone such a vile thing. I would question ANY member of the board if they made the same comment, it's not a personal crusade against you.

Ok Maybe Your Right And Maybe I Was A Bit Rash, However; I Still Think That He Was Careless. Which Still Disgusts Me.

Saying you thought he was careless and that you found his actions in these cases to be disgusting would have been a far more appropriate, intelligent and mature response rather than lowering yourself into calling him vile names.

I Expressed My Emotions How I Felt I Had To. But Isn't His Carelessness Vile In Itself? I Mean Of Course The Guilty Person Of The Crime Is A Monster For Sure...But I Feel The Guy Who Did This Pretty Much Can Go On And Do It Yet Again If The Judge Allows Him To Get Away With It. That Is Bad As Well.

I am not questioning the fact that the judge's actions were in fact vile and careless. However, calling him names, especially one as vile as that, serves no purpose and does not bring anything intelligent to the discussion. As I said in an above post, there could be any number of reasons that caused him to reach the decisions he did. That is not me excusing him in any way, I do feel that his actions in both these cases were wrong, however, I don't see how calling names is going to serve any real purpose in this discussion.

The Only Purpose I Hope For In This Discussion Is Finding Answers And Hearing How Other Women Feel About It. I Was Voicing My Feelings. However I Myself Would Like To Know Why He Is Being Careless. I Might Have Went Below The Belt, But Sometimes That's What I Do When I Feel Strongly About Things Like This. I Feel Like People Who Do These Things Shouldn't Be Shown Mercy, Especially If The Crime Was Done To A Little Girl. For The Judge To Say That The Girl Didn't Defend Herself Properly Or However He Said It Was Just Plain Shocking. I Don't See How A Little Girl Could Fight Off A Grown Person. And I Don't See How He Could Either.

I have to point out, it isn't just a discussion for how WOMEN feel about it. I'm pretty certain there are plenty of men on this board who would be just as horrified by the outcome of these cases.

If you want an intelligent discussion about this or any other matter, then you need to express yourself in an appropriate manner. Throwing mud just because you are angry or disgusted by the subject at hand is not the way to gain the type of discussion you say you want.

As I said, this is NOT a personal crusade against YOU. I would ask the same questions and have the same response if any other member of the board had made the same comment.

On that note, women are more likely to agree with the judge and blame the victim than men are.

I am telling you why I reacted how I did to your comment. I can understand anger, disgust and upset about it, I just don't see how resorting to name calling is a) an appropriate response or b) in any way constructive.

Fair Enough. It Is Settled Then.
