Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

Music to screw to.
For those of you that like music during sex: Any particular preferences? Bands, genre, theme, style, or whatever. What would you define as a sexy song? I'll start.
Metal Tango by Warlock
Coma White by Marilyn Manson
Torture Me by Metric
Nine While Nine by Sisters of Mercy
Faith by The Cure
Night Shift by Siouxsie and the Banshees
Explode by Uh Huh Her

Unfortunately sex-music isn't optional for me (small house plus flatmate), so I usually just stick on the first Frank Zappa album I find. It's slightly perverse without being too obtrusive. My boyfriend put on Pornography once. I just lay underneath him, glassy-eyed, before pushing him off going, "This isn't working, it's all horrible, everything's horrible." He was pretty offended until he stopped fucking long enough to hear what I heard.

I can't listen to music at times like that. I just start singing along and forget what I'm meant to be doing. Kinda puts guys off when they realise you're more into the music than what they are doing.

Well, you have your most obvious choices like AC/DC, Joan Jett, and Funkadelic ("Maggot Brain" is usually a pretty good choice).
Than you have your less obvious choices like Flogging Molly, Maximum the Hormone ("Chu Chu Lovely Muni Muni Mura Mura Purin Purin Boron Nurururerorero"), Throbbing Gristle, Peter Tosh (or pretty much any reggae, really), the Cure, and MSI.

HAAA! I have told a guy if he kept Black Eyed Peas on, it wasn't going to happen, but thats funnier.
Is it weird that when it happens, its usually "classical" (I'm using the broadest use of the term) or something like Apocalyptica? Beethoven's 9th is pretty good because of all the build up and climax XD

Maximum the Hormone would scare the shit out of me if I was trying to get it on.
I've recently decided I wanted to do it to Grendel's Void Malign or Tori Amos' Cruel.

Oh can I share something amusing since I have nothing useful to add to your question Versus. The only screwing I do is with a screwdriver and an actual screw, to replace batteries in little kids toys...
Neighbour with a teenager daughter who would play loud music at really weird times - 7.30am, 3.30pm... Always for 30 minutes or thereabouts.
Anyway, one day I'm out in the garden with baby bat, loud music is on, father arrives home, music suddenly goes off and boyfriend and neighbours daughter appear about 5 minutes later, get into car and head off down the road.
Loud music never played again! I can't remember but I don't think I ever saw boyfriend again either... LOL.. too funny for words!
Someone got sprung!

Believe that, under that right circumstances, I could not care less if she was watching America's Next Top Model. I think many guys would agree.
Because it's a race and I always win.
But jokes aside, that's a good point. Music doesn't work if it's in the foreground. It's best to be barely noticeable as atmosphere.

Some Type O Negative.
My LifE With The Thrill KIll Kult, Sheep On Drugs
NIN - Closer (at least, perfect to get to the screwing point...)
Fu Manchu (!!!!!)
Tamtrum
most music from the 70's, especially The Stooges...
Cubanate, KMFDM
Foetus or Lydia Lunch if you're having sex witha freak
And lots of people told me my own music is perfect to fuck by, especially some Punish Yourself tracks like Primitive, Let's Build a station in space, Gay Boys In Bondage. I'm quite proud of that.

You've never had goodbye sex?
It's kind of sad... But you have to think objectively: Would you rather not get some before you ran off to save the world?

I'm agreeing with the above.
Not to mention... another one that I think would be perfect to get to the real deal is...

It's not really World Police or Spider-man anymore. XD Kontan can tell you, whenever he gets back. I'll tell you something funny, though.
Have you ever seen our new recruitment commercials? That stuff is fucking EPIC. It's also fucking ridiculous. There is kind of this on-going joke in my unit to start humming the song from those commercials whenever something dumb is happening.
Anyway, I was helping my boss in the tower of a machine gun firing range one day. We were about to leave, so we had to pick up the thousands of bullet casings that were laying around. I had that same song on my phone for the lolz and played it over the loudspeaker while we milled about picking up trash.
