In fairness, the good shit was fucking beautiful and shouldn't have done that. I suspect it's the half-bottle of JD beforehand that led to the cramping and the shaking and the empty horror. Just too easy to get carried away haviing a good night with other drinkin' talkin' sort of folk.

Tick creator Ben Edlund is too busy working on real TV shows these days. He's currently a writer and co-executive producer on Supernatural, among other projects.
Yeah, I wouldn't mind if he quit that and started making more Tick episodes either.
Which reminds me ... I really should get caught up on the Tick comics one of these days.

I just saw a commercial for a bail bonding service. It was narrated by a rap song. I was amused by how the lyrics incorporated all the crimes you might do that would get you hauled off to jail.
I gotta give some props to them for effectively rhyming to lines like "So you wrote a bad check."
