We have been having -3 (26F) at night and about 14 (57F) during the day.

Tough break, Ophie. That sucks. Usual procedures though. Cut her off completely. Walk away and start the healing process. I know I pretty much can't stand you on here, but I'm willing to bet you're not too hard to get along with in Meatspace.

Sorry Oph, that really sucks. Walk away, no matter how much it hurts. Staying away is the best thing you can do right now, at least until the initial pain passes, there's no point torturing yourself if you don't have to.
