Hatsune Miku - World is Mine
I have to say, I'm starting to rather enjoy J-Pop, and I'm starting to feel like Japan currently has much better pop music then we do.
In fact, I'm starting to think a lot of current Japanese music blows our scenes away.

Doobz, it's as commercialized and filled with fluff and nonsense as American pop. It's just in Japanese.
I think I'm feeling Crampy today...

Yeah but it's better-layered fluff with less obnoxious personalities (hello Ke$ha, Katy Perry, 3OH!3...). Not only that but it's perfectly ok with being fluff, which makes it a lot more palatable then our scene, which is currently littered with air-heads obsessed with fulfilling some dumb rock star persona (see also: obnoxious personalities).
And as a fellow who delights in "Daydream Believer", I must say I am disappointed that you are not ok with fluff and nonsense.

I have Simon and Garfunkel- Sound of Silence playing right now. I have no idea why. I don't usually listen to that type of stuff.

I also like the Numa-Numa song. What's your point?
Daydream Believer is special....Davy Jones really sang one of the words...one time...

Been juggling some gothic themed industrial music lately. More specific on bands Carfax Abbey and Die Form.

I love Carfax Abbey; this may be related to the fact that the first song I heard from them was their cover of Cry, Little Sister.
I'm going through a Claire Voyant phase. Not even sure why.

I am at work again, so my ears are being assaulted with the likes of Black Eyed Peas, Ke$ha and Coldplay... although, I am about to take over the iPod for a while and play some David Bowie - it is about the only non-pop music that I can get away with playing before people complain.
Although, the other day I did successfully play a few NIN songs until Closer came on and a customer complained to my manager. And these people are Uni students. Since when does a Uni student complain about bad language?

Ugh. There is so much Ke$ha played where I work. Also Katy Perry. So far, the only things that have worked for me are my Disney playlist and my 80's playlist. Generally, everybody likes these and putting them on creates minimal risk that someone will disconnect my phone in favor of that godawful firework song.
